A brass key on a dark wooden table, for the list of Jazz Experience Centre addresses in Pakistan

Jazz runs its own Experience Centres in 8 cities of Pakistan: Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan and Rahim Yar Khan. Jazz's list has 11 entries, but two Karachi entries share one Clifton address, so there are 10 places to visit. For a franchise near you anywhere else, send a blank SMS to 7089 from your Jazz number. It is free and the address arrives within 15 minutes.

We read Jazz's own Experience Centre page and its FAQ page on 4 November 2026. The full list is below, with the one timing Jazz prints, the online booking link, and which jobs need a centre rather than a shop. That last part matters. Some services, like a 30 day usage record, are only offered at an Experience Centre, so a trip to the wrong place wastes a day.

All Jazz Experience Centres in Pakistan, city by city

Jazz lists Experience Centres in 8 cities. Karachi has 2 separate places, Lahore has 2, and every other city has 1. Quetta, Rawalpindi, Hyderabad and Bahawalpur have no Experience Centre on the list, so people there use a franchise.

Jazz's page also shows a third Karachi entry, "Mobilink House Clifton", at Showroom #9, COM3, Tower 3, Bilawal Chowrangi, Block 6, Clifton. That is the same showroom as the Clifton Experience Centre above, under the company's old name. We have counted it once.

Jazz prints a timing only for Islamabad

The only opening hours on Jazz's list are for Islamabad: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a Friday prayer break from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Jazz gives no hours for the other nine places, so book online or call first.

The Islamabad hours tell you two useful things anyway. Centres close on Sunday, and Friday afternoons lose 90 minutes. If you can, go on a weekday morning.

Jazz links a booking system from the same page, at qmatic.jazz.com.pk. It is meant for picking a centre and a time slot before you go. We did not try a booking, so we cannot say how far ahead slots are free.

Find a Jazz franchise near you by SMS 7089

Send a blank SMS to 7089 from your Jazz number. Jazz says the SMS is free and the nearest franchise or retailer address arrives by SMS within 15 minutes. It works in any city, including those with no Experience Centre.

  1. Open your messages app on the phone with the Jazz SIM.
  2. Start a new message to 7089.
  3. Leave it blank and press send.
  4. Wait up to 15 minutes for the reply with the nearest address.
  5. Take your original CNIC with you, because most jobs need a fingerprint check.
Steps to find the nearest Jazz franchise by sending a blank SMS to 7089

Jazz also has an online franchise locator at jazz.com.pk. You type your city and it shows a map. When we read that page on 4 November 2026, the map part showed a loading error, so the SMS route looks the more reliable one.

Some Jazz services need an Experience Centre, not a shop

Jazz offers most SIM jobs at franchises and Experience Centres. A 30 day usage record for prepaid numbers is only listed at Experience Centres. An eSIM is not offered at ordinary retailers. Check the table before you travel.

The eSIM price is a moving target, because Jazz's own pages have printed different figures. Our Jazz eSIM price guide tracks what each page says. If your SIM is lost, you do not need a centre to stop misuse: follow our lost SIM blocking guide first, then collect the replacement.

What to bring to a Jazz Experience Centre

Bring your original CNIC and the SIM if you have it. Almost every job needs a fingerprint check of the person whose CNIC the SIM is on. If the SIM is on a parent's or spouse's CNIC, that person has to come too.

  • Pakistani citizens: original CNIC and your fingers for the biometric check.
  • Overseas Pakistanis: your NICOP.
  • Foreigners: original passport with a valid visa.
  • Afghan citizens: original Afghan card issued by NADRA, plus the biometric check.
  • Ownership transfer after a death: original Family Registration Certificate, your original CNIC, the death certificate, the SIM itself and a signed undertaking. Jazz says the JazzCash account on the number must not be active.

Many problems never need a visit at all. Complaints about packages, deductions and signal go through the SIMOSA app, and our Jazz helpline guide lists the numbers and WhatsApp route.

Sources and last checked

On 4 November 2026 we read Jazz's Find an Experience Center page for the addresses, the Islamabad timing and the booking link, and Jazz's FAQ page for the 7089 SMS, the services offered at each kind of outlet, the charges and the documents. Jazz prints no hours for nine of the ten places, and the franchise map showed a loading error when we read the page. We did not visit a centre, send the 7089 SMS or try a booking.
