Jazz Haafiz Plan and FikrFree Sehat Card: Price, Cover, Claim and How to Stop
Jazz Haafiz Plan prices from Rs 3.15 a day with EFU Life cover, Haafiz Plus, the Rs 575 FikrFree Sehat Card, how to claim on 4141 and how to stop deductions.

The Jazz Haafiz Plan is an EFU Life insurance plan that takes Rs 3.15 to Rs 8.80 a day from your Jazz balance, and you claim it by sending "CLAIM" to 4141 or calling 042-111-333-033. The FikrFree Sehat Card is a separate Jazz health card priced at Rs 575, with Rs 100,000 of hospital cover and claims on WhatsApp 0326-8120897.
Many people first notice these plans as a small daily deduction. Below are the prices and cover for every Haafiz variant, what the FikrFree card pays, how to claim each one, and how to stop the deduction if you did not mean to subscribe. We read both pages on jazz.com.pk and Jazz's dial codes list on 31 October 2026.
Haafiz Plan pays a monthly income to your family for 12 months
Haafiz is life and accident cover sold through Jazz, underwritten by EFU Life and run by Hello Doctor. If the member dies, it pays a monthly income and an education amount for 12 months. Accidental death adds a lump sum. All variants include unlimited tele-doctor calls for the family.
| Haafiz Plan | Daily | Monthly | Income for 12 months | Education for 12 months | Accidental death |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Silver | Rs 3.15 | Rs 94.50 | Rs 10,000 a month | Rs 2,000 a month | Rs 250,000 |
| Gold | Rs 4.40 | Rs 132 | Rs 15,000 a month | Rs 3,000 a month | Rs 350,000 |
| Platinum | Rs 5.98 | Rs 179.40 | Rs 20,000 a month | Rs 5,000 a month | Rs 500,000 |
Over 12 months, Silver's income and education amounts add up to Rs 144,000, and Platinum's to Rs 300,000. That is our arithmetic from Jazz's table. Members must be 18 to 66 years old, and Jazz's terms say only one enrolment is allowed at a time.

Haafiz Plus adds cover for major illness
Haafiz Plus costs more and adds a lump sum if you are diagnosed with a major medical illness. The death, income and education benefits match the standard Haafiz variants. It is also paid daily from your balance.
| Haafiz Plus | Daily | Monthly | Major illness | Accidental death |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Silver | Rs 4.40 | Rs 132 | Rs 25,000 | Rs 250,000 |
| Gold | Rs 6.20 | Rs 186 | Rs 35,000 | Rs 350,000 |
| Platinum | Rs 8.80 | Rs 264 | Rs 50,000 | Rs 500,000 |
Jazz's pages say the monthly price is split into 30 daily instalments. If your balance is too low on a day, that day is skipped and the benefit is cut in proportion. Jazz says cover starts on the 1st day of the month after you first pay. Postpaid is listed as "launching soon".
The FikrFree Sehat Card covers hospital stays up to Rs 100,000
The FikrFree Sehat Card is bought at a Jazz retail store. Jazz lists it at Rs 575 for Rs 100,000 of hospital cover and Rs 50,000 for accidental outpatient care, plus free online doctor calls. Buyers must be 18 to 59 years old.
Jazz's table heads the Rs 575 column "Daily Price". That cannot be a daily charge for a card bought in a shop, so read it as the card price, and ask the retailer how long one card lasts before you pay. We could not confirm the validity from Jazz's page.
The terms set clear limits. A 7 day waiting period applies after purchase. Pre-existing conditions are not covered. A stay of more than 24 hours counts as hospital admission, and the most the card pays is Rs 10,000 a night. For a road accident, admission is not needed. Cover ends once a claim is paid.

Claim on 4141 for Haafiz and on WhatsApp for FikrFree
The two products use different claim routes. For Haafiz and Haafiz Plus, send "CLAIM" to 4141 or call 042-111-333-033, and a Hello Doctor agent calls back. For the FikrFree card, message 0326-8120897 on WhatsApp within 30 days of leaving hospital.
- Note the date: the FikrFree card needs a claim within 30 days of discharge; Haafiz accident cover needs the death or disability within 90 days of the accident.
- For Haafiz, send CLAIM to 4141 from the insured Jazz number, or call 042-111-333-033.
- For FikrFree, send a WhatsApp message to 0326-8120897.
- Keep the CNIC, hospital papers or death certificate ready for the agent.
- Write down the name of the agent and the date of every call.

Jazz's terms say Jazz only facilitates Haafiz and is not responsible for complaints about EFU Life's or Hello Doctor's handling. So a claim dispute goes to the insurer first. A complaint about a deduction from your balance still goes to Jazz.
Stop a Haafiz deduction through *6611# or the Hello Doctor line
Jazz's Haafiz pages print no stop code. Jazz's dial codes list gives *6611# for managing value added services, so dial it first and look for the plan. If it is not listed, call 042-111-333-033 and ask Hello Doctor to cancel.
Ask for an SMS confirming the cancellation, then dial *7050# a day later to see your last three days of charges. The steps to check why Jazz balance was deducted explain that reply, and the Jazz unsubscribe codes cover other paid services.
If you never agreed to the plan, you can ask for a refund. PTA's rules on services activated without consent back that request. Jazz's other daily health plan, Jazz Bima Sehat, is a different product with its own stop route.
Haafiz suits a family that depends on one earner
The plan's value is the monthly income after a death. At Rs 94.50 a month, Silver pays Rs 10,000 a month for a year. That is cheap cover for a family with one earner, but it is not health insurance. Jazz's terms list no benefit for an ordinary hospital stay; only Haafiz Plus adds a lump sum for a major illness.
If hospital bills are your worry, the FikrFree card or a health plan fits better. If you already pay for a Jazz health plan and Haafiz, check that you are not paying twice for cover you do not need.
