Jazz Postpaid Bill Check: See, Download and Pay Your PostPay Bill Free
Check your Jazz postpaid bill free on *1111#, download the PDF on Jazz WhatsApp, and pay by SIMOSA, JazzCash or scratch card. Late fee and restore code inside.

To check your Jazz postpaid (PostPay) bill, dial *1111# and Jazz sends the bill details by SMS, free of cost. To download the full bill as a PDF, open Jazz WhatsApp on 0300-3008000, send "Hi", then pick Account Details and Monthly Invoice. Pay through the SIMOSA app, Jazz WhatsApp, the JazzCash app or a scratch card.
A postpaid bill turns up when you are least expecting it, and a missed one can switch off your outgoing calls. Jazz gives three free ways to see what you owe and five ways to pay. We read Jazz's FAQs and dial code list on 10 October 2026. One payment link in those FAQs no longer works, and two Jazz pages disagree on the late fee. Both are set out below.
Three free ways to check your Jazz PostPay bill
Jazz lists *1111#, the SIMOSA app and Jazz WhatsApp for the bill amount, and calls all three free of cost. *1111# is the quickest because it needs no internet. SIMOSA and WhatsApp show more detail and let you pay on the same screen.
| Channel | How | Charge |
|---|---|---|
| Dial code | Dial *1111#, bill details come by SMS | Free |
| SIMOSA app | Bill details at the top of the home page | Free |
| Jazz WhatsApp | 0300-3008000, send Hi, Account Details, Billing Information | Free |
| Remaining bundle | Dial *2222# or *777# | Not stated |

SIMOSA is the new name of the Jazz World app. If you still have the old app, an update brings the new one. To see the minutes and data left in your plan, Jazz lists *2222# or *777#. Prepaid users have different codes, covered in checking remaining Jazz MBs.
Download your Jazz bill as a PDF in four steps
You can get the full monthly invoice as a PDF from WhatsApp or SIMOSA. The PDF is the copy to keep if you claim the bill as an expense, or need to dispute a charge. Jazz WhatsApp lets you choose the month.
- Save 0300-3008000 in your contacts as Jazz WhatsApp.
- Open the chat and send "Hi".
- Pick "Account Details", then "Monthly Invoice".
- Choose the month. Jazz sends the invoice as a PDF file.

In SIMOSA, open "Bill Details" from the home page and tap "Download". The app asks for a verification code, which arrives by SMS, before the bill downloads. Your bill shows advance income tax on its own line. What that tax is and when you can claim it back is explained in the tax on your mobile and internet bill.
Pay your Jazz PostPay bill five ways
Jazz lists five payment routes: SIMOSA, Jazz WhatsApp, the JazzCash app, a Jazz scratch card and direct debit. SIMOSA takes JazzCash, a debit or credit card, or a scratch card. WhatsApp takes a scratch card or JazzCash.
| Route | Steps |
|---|---|
| SIMOSA app | Tap Pay Bill, then JazzCash, card or scratch card |
| Jazz WhatsApp | Send Hi, choose Pay your Bill, then scratch card or JazzCash |
| JazzCash app | Open Mobile loads and bundles, enter your number |
| Scratch card | Buy a Jazz card at any shop and load it to the number |
| Direct debit | Set up with Jazz so the bill is taken automatically |

Jazz's FAQ also points to a website payment page at jazz.com.pk/PostPay/payment-option. When we opened it on 10 October 2026, it returned "Page Not Found". Use one of the five routes above instead. Paying through a bank app can also work, since Jazz lists online banking apps for top-ups, but check that the app lists Jazz PostPay before you pay.
The late fee is Rs 100 plus tax, or possibly more
Jazz's FAQ says a late payment fee of Rs 100 plus taxes is charged on a bill unpaid after its due date, on top of your monthly plan price. Sales tax or FED and advance income tax apply to that fee too. Another Jazz page sets it higher.
The terms on Jazz's service pages, such as End Call Notification, say the late fee is Rs 100 plus tax or 5% plus tax of the outstanding dues, whichever is higher. On a Rs 4,000 unpaid bill, 5% is Rs 200, so the two versions differ by Rs 100 before tax. That is our own arithmetic. Jazz has not said which wording applies, so pay before the due date and avoid the question.
Restore a Jazz number cut off for an unpaid bill with *6767#
If Jazz blocks your PostPay number for non-payment, you can restore it on a promise to pay. Dial *6767# from the same number and follow the steps. Jazz lists this as immediate, with no charge stated under that FAQ.
That is a short reprieve, not a waiver. The bill is still due. If you want to stop the service altogether, Jazz says the outstanding bill must be cleared first before it accepts a voluntary block request. Jazz's PostPay helpline is 777.
Paying more than you use? Jazz and the other networks' postpaid plans are compared in the cheapest postpaid packages in Pakistan. If a wrong charge on your bill is not corrected by Jazz, take it to PTA, as set out in filing a telecom complaint with PTA.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We checked on 10 October 2026. The bill check channels, PDF download steps, payment routes, late fee wording in the FAQ, *6767# and the voluntary block rule are from Jazz's FAQs. The *1111#, *2222#, *777# and *6767# codes also appear on Jazz's self-service dial code list. The higher late fee wording is from the terms on Jazz's End Call Notification page. We opened the FAQ's payment link and found it returned "Page Not Found". We did not pay a bill or dial any code ourselves.
