Jazz Recharge Code in Pakistan: Card Load With *123#, Online, JazzCash and WhatsApp (Every Method)
The Jazz card recharge code is *123*card number#. Online, load Rs 200 to Rs 5,000 by JazzCash or card. See all 8 methods, the minimum and fixes for failed load.

The Jazz recharge code for a scratch card is *123*, then the hidden card number, then #. Online, you can load Rs 200 to Rs 5,000 on jazz.com.pk/recharge with a JazzCash account or a debit or credit card. Jazz lists six more ways to recharge, from WhatsApp to bank ATMs. Below is each method, what it costs, the three different minimum amounts Jazz itself prints, and what to do when a load does not arrive.
We read Jazz's FAQ page, its Process Help Center, its self-service dial code list and its online recharge page on 24 October 2026. Every code and limit below is quoted from those pages. We did not load a card ourselves, because we have no Jazz SIM.
Jazz lists 8 ways to recharge a prepaid number
You can load a scratch card with *123*, use the online recharge page, the SIMOSA app, Jazz WhatsApp, the JazzCash app, a 1LINK ATM, a banking app, or a Jazz retailer. All of them credit the balance immediately, according to Jazz.
| Method | How | Pay with | Needs internet |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scratch card | Dial *123*card number# | Card from any shop | No |
| Online recharge | jazz.com.pk/recharge | JazzCash account, debit or credit card | Yes |
| SIMOSA app | Tap to Recharge on the home page | JazzCash, card or scratch card | Yes |
| Jazz WhatsApp | Send "Hi" to 0300-3008000 | Scratch card or JazzCash | Yes |
| JazzCash app | Mobile Loads and Bundles | JazzCash wallet | Yes |
| 1LINK ATM | Any 1LINK ATM | Bank card | No |
| Banking app | Mobile top up | Bank account | Yes |
| Retailer or franchise | Ask for Jazz load | Cash | No |
The online page is for prepaid only, Jazz says. Postpaid bills have their own routes, covered further down.

Load a Jazz scratch card with *123*card number#
Scratch the silver strip gently, then dial *123*, all the digits under it, and #. Press call. The balance arrives at once. Jazz's code list calls it a 13 digit code, while its postpaid payment page says 14 digits, so type every digit you see.
- Check the card is sealed and the strip is not scratched.
- Scratch the strip with a coin, lightly, so the digits stay readable.
- Open the dialler on the phone with your Jazz SIM.
- Type *123*, then every digit under the strip, then #.
- Press call and wait for the on screen reply.
- Check your balance with *111#, which Jazz prices at Rs 0.24, or *4446*2#, which Jazz says is free.
- Keep the card until the new balance shows. Its serial number is your proof if something goes wrong.
The card code works the same on any phone, smart or basic, and needs no internet. Ufone, Zong and Telenor cards follow their own codes when you load a scratch card on any network.

Jazz prints three different minimum recharge amounts
Jazz's FAQ says the minimum recharge is Rs 80. Its Process Help Center says the minimum Jazz load is Rs 100. Its online recharge page sets a minimum of Rs 200 and a maximum of Rs 5,000. The answer depends on the channel you use.
Our reading is this. The Rs 200 floor applies to the website, because the page itself enforces it. A retailer load is where the Rs 80 or Rs 100 figure would apply, and Jazz has not said which is current. If a shop refuses Rs 80, Jazz's own pages give it grounds.
One thing Jazz states plainly: your prepaid balance never expires. The FAQ says it has unlimited validity, even if you make no calls, send no SMS and use no data. That is not true on every network, so it is worth knowing before you load a large amount.
Jazz's package terms also say advance income tax is charged at 15% on each recharge. Tax filers can claim that tax back once they download the Jazz tax certificate from SIMOSA.

Online, SIMOSA and WhatsApp recharges use JazzCash or a card
On jazz.com.pk/recharge, enter the Jazz number and an amount between Rs 200 and Rs 5,000, then pay with a JazzCash account number or a debit or credit card. In SIMOSA, tap Tap to Recharge. On WhatsApp, send "Hi" to 0300-3008000.
The website offers quick buttons for Rs 200, Rs 500, Rs 800 and Rs 1,000. You can recharge any Jazz prepaid number this way, not only your own, which helps when a parent's phone runs dry in another city.
Jazz's FAQ says to reply "6" in the WhatsApp menu to recharge, while the Process Help Center calls the option Balance Recharge. Menus change, so pick whichever option names recharge. Both pages say WhatsApp self-service is free.
JazzCash users can also load from the app under Mobile Loads and Bundles. If you only want to pass on some of your own balance, you can share balance on Jazz with *100*number*amount#.
Postpaid bills take the same card, with a different payment page
Jazz postpaid users can pay a bill with a scratch card using the same *123*code# format, through JazzCash, a retailer's Jazz load, SIMOSA, WhatsApp, 1LINK, bank channels or direct debit. The online recharge page is prepaid only.
Jazz's postpaid payment page also lists 26 banks whose ATMs or internet banking accept Jazz bills. A Jazz postpaid bill check on *1111# shows what you owe before you pay.
When a recharge does not arrive, call 111 with the transaction ID
If an online or SIMOSA load is missing, Jazz asks you to call 111 with the transaction date, your CNIC, the amount, the number you loaded, and the transaction ID. For a scratch card, keep the card and its serial number for the complaint.
- "Card already used". Check you typed every digit. If the card was sold scratched or used, return to the shop with the card.
- "Invalid code". Most often a misread digit. An 8 and a 3 look alike once scratched.
- Payment taken, no balance. Wait 15 minutes, check with *4446*2#, then complain with the transaction ID.
- Balance arrived, then vanished. That is usually a subscription renewing, not a failed load. Dial *7050# to see why your Jazz balance was deducted over the last 3 days.
A safety note. Nobody from Jazz needs your JazzCash MPIN or the digits of a card you have not loaded. A caller who says your recharge "failed" and asks you to read out a code is running a scam. Hang up and check the balance yourself.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Jazz's FAQ page, its Process Help Center, its self-service dial code list, its online recharge page and its postpaid payment options page on 24 October 2026. The codes, the three minimum amounts, the Rs 5,000 online maximum, the unlimited balance validity, the 15% advance income tax line and the complaint details all come from those pages. Jazz's pages conflict on the minimum recharge and on whether a card code has 13 or 14 digits, and we have reported both as printed. We did not recharge a number ourselves.
