Jazz Saudi Arabia, UAE and UK Call Offers in Pakistan: Rs 2.38 per 15 Seconds on *452#, UK on *456*2#
Jazz's free *452# offer charges Rs 2.38 per 15 seconds to Saudi Arabia and Rs 3.57 to the UAE, tax included. UK calls are Rs 1.20 per 30 seconds on *456*2#.

To call Saudi Arabia or the UAE cheaply from a Jazz SIM, dial *452#: it is free to join and cuts the rate to Rs 2.38 per 15 seconds for Saudi Arabia and Rs 3.57 per 15 seconds for the UAE, tax included. For the UK, dial *456*2# for Rs 1.20 per 30 seconds. There is no daily charge on either offer, but a Rs 0.15 call setup fee applies to each call.
Many Pakistani families have someone working in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai or Birmingham. A normal international call adds up fast, so the right code matters. We read Jazz's Saudi Arabia and UAE offer page, its UK offer page and its international calling rates page on 20 October 2026. Jazz prints these rates with tax included.
Jazz has two discounted call offers for the Gulf and the UK
Jazz's Saudi Arabia and UAE offer is joined with *452# and lowers the per-call rate to both countries. Its UK offer, on *456*2#, lowers the rate to UK landlines and five UK mobile networks. Both work on all Jazz packages and charge only for the calls you make.
| Offer | Code to join | Rate, tax included | Cost of a full minute | Daily charge |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Saudi Arabia | *452# | Rs 2.38 per 15 seconds | Rs 9.52 | None |
| UAE | *452# | Rs 3.57 per 15 seconds | Rs 14.28 | None |
| United Kingdom | *456*2# | Rs 1.20 per 30 seconds | Rs 2.40 | None stated |
| International SMS | No code | Rs 11.95 per SMS | Not applicable | None |
The cost of a full minute is our arithmetic from Jazz's rates: four 15-second pulses for Saudi Arabia and the UAE, two 30-second pulses for the UK. Add Rs 0.15 for each call you dial.

Saudi Arabia costs Rs 9.52 a minute on *452#
With *452# active, a Jazz call to Saudi Arabia costs Rs 2.38 for every 15 seconds, so Rs 9.52 for a full minute and Rs 95.20 for a ten minute call, plus the setup fee. A UAE call costs Rs 14.28 a minute.
Billing is by 15-second pulse, so a call that runs one minute and five seconds is charged as five pulses. On a Saudi call that is Rs 11.90, not Rs 9.52. Short, planned calls cost less than long ones that drift past the minute mark.
Jazz says the offer is free to join, works round the clock and has no daily charge. To leave it, dial *452*4#. Calls to other countries and all local calls stay on your normal package rate. Premium rate numbers do not get the discount.

The UK offer covers five mobile networks only
Jazz's UK offer on *456*2# charges Rs 1.20 per 30 seconds to UK landlines and to mobiles on Three (H3G), O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone. Jersey mobile numbers, premium numbers and special numbers are not covered, and Jazz calls it a limited time offer.
At Rs 2.40 a minute, a ten minute call to a relative in Bradford or London costs Rs 24 plus the setup fee. That is the cheapest of the three rates by a long way. The catch is the network list. Some UK SIMs run on other networks, and the page does not say whether those count. Ask your relative which network their SIM is on before you rely on the rate.
Jazz's UK page does not print a code to leave the offer. Try the same code or ask Jazz through the SIMOSA app if you want to stop it.
How to join a Jazz international call offer
Dial the code from your Jazz SIM, wait for the confirmation message, then dial the number in full with the country code. The discount applies to calls made from Pakistan only, not while you are roaming abroad.
- Check that your Jazz SIM has balance for the call.
- Dial *452# for Saudi Arabia and the UAE, or *456*2# for the UK.
- Wait for the SMS that confirms the offer is on.
- Dial the number with the country code: 00966 for Saudi Arabia, 00971 for the UAE, 0044 for the UK.
- Check your balance after the first call to confirm the rate.

If the deduction looks wrong, the steps to check why Jazz balance was deducted show your last three days of usage.
Jazz per-minute rates or a Zong bundle, which is cheaper
For Saudi Arabia, Jazz's Rs 9.52 a minute with tax compares with Zong's all-operator Saudi bundle of Rs 300 for 15 minutes before tax, which is Rs 20 a minute before tax. If you call Saudi Arabia regularly, the Jazz rate is the cheaper of the two on paper.
The two are not sold the same way. Jazz charges only for what you use, while the Zong bundle is paid upfront and the minutes expire. The Zong figures come from our reading of its pages for Zong Saudi Arabia call bundles. If you are the one travelling, the rates above do not apply abroad; use Saudi roaming bundles instead.
Taxes also differ by place. Jazz's terms list 15 percent advance income tax on each recharge and sales tax of 19.5 percent, or 16 percent in Islamabad. The *452# and *456*2# rates are already printed with tax included.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked on 20 October 2026, Pakistan time. We read Jazz's Saudi Arabia and UAE offer page, its UK offer page and its international calling rates page. Per-minute and ten minute costs are our arithmetic. We did not make a test call. Jazz calls both offers limited time, and a USA, Canada and UK offer page listed in Jazz's own sitemap returned "Page Not Found" on the same day, so confirm the rate on your phone before a long call.
