JazzCash's own banner says cover from Rs 10 a day. You buy and claim in the app, under Insurance.
We read JazzCash's insurance page and its official schedule of charges on 14 October 2026. The two lists match on every price we compared. This page sets out what each cover costs, what it pays, and where JazzCash's own page leaves a gap.
JazzCash sells travel, vehicle, home and health cover in the app
JazzCash lists twelve products: individual, family, family plus, medical, family health and utility cover, plus domestic air, international air, bus travel, motorway, car and bike cover. The page names Salaam Takaful and TPL among the partners behind them.
Any active JazzCash user who meets a plan's age range can sign up. The page gives the steps in one line: open the app, choose Insurance, pick a plan and confirm. Premiums are exempt from tax, as a note in JazzCash's schedule of charges says. If you want to know who sits behind the TPL products, see TPL Insurance is now JazzSure.

Motorway cover costs Rs 140 a month and pays small amounts
The TPL motorway plan costs Rs 140 for one month. JazzCash lists towing up to Rs 10,000 for an emergency breakdown only, car accident cover up to Rs 20,000, and third party liability up to Rs 20,000. These are small caps, so read it as a safety net.
The towing cover applies to breakdowns, not to every call for help on the road. A flat tyre may count, a fuel stop may not. Ask the insurer before a long trip.
Drivers who use motorways often pay a toll tag too. If that is you, check your tag first with how to check your M-Tag number online, then decide if the monthly plan is worth Rs 140.

Domestic flight cover runs from Rs 260 and pays Rs 350,000 for death
Domestic air cover starts at Rs 260 for up to 4 days and rises Rs 260 for each extra 4 days, to Rs 1,820 for 28 days and Rs 1,950 for 30 days. JazzCash lists Rs 350,000 for accidental death or permanent total disability and Rs 50,000 for accidental medical costs.
The smaller lines are useful on a real trip. Loss of checked baggage pays up to Rs 10,000, a flight delay of 8 hours pays Rs 3,500, loss of a CNIC pays Rs 5,000, and a diverted flight pays Rs 2,000. Forced theft of a mobile pays up to Rs 10,000.
Bus cover is cheaper still at Rs 30. The page lists Rs 200,000 for accidental death and Rs 10,000 for medical costs per person after an accident. Other benefits follow a personal accident schedule that the page names but does not print.
International air cover costs Rs 8,983 for up to 7 days, Rs 12,686 for 15 days, Rs 14,575 for 21 days and Rs 17,375 for 30 days. The page lists USD 100,000 for medical costs abroad. If you need insurance for a visa, check your destination's own rules before you rely on it.
Check the home cover limits before you rely on them
Home takaful from Salaam Takaful costs Rs 1,800 a year. The page lists house cover, solar panel cover, rent loss cover and personal accident cover for four people. But it labels those limits "USD", which does not fit a Rs 1,800 premium.
That looks like a labelling error on JazzCash's page, but we cannot confirm it. Before you buy, ask JazzCash support on 111-124-444 what the limits are in rupees, and get the answer in writing. Takaful is the Islamic form of insurance, where members share risk in a pool.
Do not treat any cover here as a replacement for full cover. A Rs 140 plan will not pay for a wrecked car. It pays for towing and a small repair.
Claim from the Insurance section of the app
JazzCash says you claim in the app. Open Insurance, tap Claims, and choose the policy you want to claim against. The page does not list the documents or time limits, so keep every receipt, report and photograph from the day it happens.
- Open the JazzCash app and go to Insurance.
- Tap Claims and choose the policy.
- Attach what the claim form asks for, such as a receipt or report.
- Note the claim number and the date.
- If nothing happens, call the JazzCash helpline 111-124-444.

If an insurer refuses a valid claim, the complaint route for wallet products is in how to complain about a microfinance bank or wallet.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 14 October 2026. Prices and cover come from JazzCash's insurance page, cross checked with its schedule of charges dated 1 July 2026. The page tables were jumbled in places, so we only quote figures that appear in both. We have not bought any plan or made a claim. Policy terms and exclusions are set by the insurers, so read them in the app before you pay.
