JazzCash Reward Hub in Pakistan Costs a One-Time Rs 99: What You Get and How GiftHub Returns Unclaimed Money
JazzCash Reward Hub charges a one-time Rs 99, not a monthly fee, and GiftHub returns unclaimed gifts to you. See the fees, steps and what JazzCash does not say.

JazzCash Reward Hub costs a one-time Rs 99, not a monthly fee, according to JazzCash's own page and its schedule of charges. After you subscribe, your tier rises automatically each month as you use the app, and higher tiers unlock bigger discounts and vouchers. GiftHub, a separate feature, returns a gift to you if the receiver never redeems it.
Both features sit in the JazzCash app, and both are easy to tap without reading the small print. We read JazzCash's Reward Hub and GiftHub page and the latest schedule of charges on 14 October 2026. Here is what you pay, what you get, and what JazzCash does not tell you.
Reward Hub charges Rs 99 once, and the tiers are free after that
JazzCash's FAQ says Reward Hub "is not a monthly subscription". You pay a one-time Rs 99, then unlock rewards as you move up the categories. Its schedule of charges, valid 1 July to 30 September 2026, lists the Reward Hub subscription fee as Rs 99 including tax.
The page lists four benefits: earn rewards, auto upgrades, exclusive offers and an easy subscription. Subscribing takes three taps. Open Reward Hub in the JazzCash app, tap Subscribe, and enter your 4-digit MPIN.
| Feature | Cost | What JazzCash says |
|---|---|---|
| Reward Hub subscription | Rs 99 once, tax included | Not a monthly fee |
| GiftHub premium card | Rs 50, tax included | Greeting card with your gift |
| GiftHub basic card | No price we could read | Basic greeting card |

Your tier moves up the more you use JazzCash
JazzCash says the more you use the app, the higher your tier goes each month, and each tier brings bigger discounts, better vouchers and more giveaways. It describes this as turning transactions into rewards.
The page does not name the tiers, the number of transactions each needs, or the size of the discounts. That is the gap. Rs 99 is cheap, but without a published reward list you cannot know what you are buying. It is a fair question to put to JazzCash before you pay.
If you already pay bills and send money in the app every month, you are the user this suits. If you open the app twice a month, you will probably stay in the lowest tier. Your fees on those payments are set separately, as the guide to JazzCash and Easypaisa charges shows.
GiftHub sends money with a message, card and sound
GiftHub lets you send a digital gift to a contact. Open GiftHub, tap Gift It, pick an occasion, enter or skip the amount, choose a card and optional sound, review and send. JazzCash says delivery is instant and both sides get a notification.
- Open GiftHub in the JazzCash app.
- Tap Gift It and choose the occasion.
- Choose who gets it and enter an amount, or skip the amount.
- Pick a card and add music if you like.
- Review the details and send.

You can also ask for a gift. Tap Request It, choose the contact, enter an amount and a message, and send a reminder if needed. Treat any request like a payment request. Never send money because a message says a relative needs a gift, until you have called them.
An unclaimed gift goes back to your account after it expires
JazzCash says that if the receiver does not redeem a gift within the expiry period, the amount is returned to your account automatically. The page does not say how long that period is, so do not count on a date.
That return is the safety net if you sent a gift to the wrong number. For money sent as a normal transfer to the wrong person, the rules differ, and the steps are in how to get back money sent to the wrong JazzCash number. Check the number twice before you send either kind.
Gifts to children or teenagers need a wallet on the other end. JazzCash's account for ages 12 to 17 is explained in the NextGen account for teenagers.
Check the Reward Hub fee in the app before you pay
JazzCash's page and schedule agree on Rs 99. But the schedule we read covers July to September 2026, and no schedule for October to December was posted on the page when we looked. Check the amount on the subscribe screen before you enter your MPIN.
Keep your MPIN to yourself, and be careful when someone offers rewards through a call or message asking for your MPIN or OTP. Reward Hub is bought only inside the app. Be suspicious of any caller who says you must pay Rs 99 to claim a prize.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 14 October 2026. Fees, steps and the gift return rule come from JazzCash's Reward Hub page and its schedule of charges dated 1 July 2026. We did not subscribe or send a gift. The price of the basic GiftHub card did not extract clearly from the schedule, so we do not state it.
