The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) lists a busy autumn at the Karachi Expo Centre. Pharma Asia runs 20 to 22 October, FoodAg 2026 runs 23 to 26 November, and a textile machinery show runs 5 to 7 December. The schedule below is TDAP's own, dated 9 October 2026.

Exhibition halls are where Pakistani exporters meet buyers, and where small firms test a new product in front of trade visitors. TDAP runs the Karachi Expo Centre (KEC) and publishes a booking schedule on its site. We opened the TDAP schedule PDF and the KEC page on 15 October 2026 and copied the October to December entries.

Ten shows and events fill the Karachi Expo Centre before Christmas

TDAP's schedule lists many events for the rest of 2026. The big trade shows cluster around pharma in October, food in November, and consumer goods, textile machinery and furniture in December. Public events such as a book fair sit between them.

Key Karachi Expo Centre dates from October to December 2026

Dates are as TDAP printed them on 9 October 2026. TDAP says its schedule can change, and each organiser sets its own ticket and entry rules, so check with the organiser before you travel. The schedule lists an organiser contact for each event.

FoodAg 2026 is the one show TDAP organises itself

TDAP lists itself as the organiser of FoodAg 2026, the fourth edition, from 23 to 26 November. It takes all six halls, the foyer and both congress levels. That makes it the largest booking on the autumn list by space.

The TDAP schedule gives the Karachi office number 021-99206480 for the event. It does not publish a stall price on the schedule. Do not rely on any price quoted on social media. Ask TDAP, and ask for the rate in writing.

Six halls and a congress centre hold the events

TDAP's KEC page gives the built-up areas. Halls 1, 2 and 3 are 2,230 square metres each, while Halls 4, 5 and 6 are 3,345 square metres each. The Congress Centre is 2,710 square metres. A foyer of 1,034 square metres links them.

So a small stand usually goes in a hall with others, while large shows use all six. Mezzanine floors add space in some halls. If you plan to exhibit, ask which hall your category is set for.

Book space through TDAP's published documents and help desk

The KEC page lists the documents you need to book: general terms and conditions, a booking schedule, a tariff sheet, a layout of the outer areas, a hall layout, a proforma for space booking and a licence agreement. TDAP also gives a help desk.

  1. Pick the dates and hall you want from the booking schedule.
  2. Read the general terms and conditions and the tariff sheet on the KEC page.
  3. Fill in the proforma for space booking.
  4. Read the licence agreement before you sign.
  5. Contact the TDAP help desk to confirm the slot.
Steps to book space at the Karachi Expo Centre through TDAP

TDAP lists a help desk number, +92-21-99225833, and an email, helpdesk.tdap@tdap.gov.pk. We did not read the tariff sheet, because it is a separate document, so we do not give any rate here.

Exhibitors should have export paperwork ready first

A trade show brings foreign enquiries, and orders need paperwork. An exporter must be registered to ship goods. The steps to register as an exporter on WeBOC cover that first. Exporters weighing trade benefits can also read about EU GSP Plus for Pakistani exporters.

For a firm looking at new markets, the ADB export accelerator programme is a related support scheme. Neither is tied to a KEC booking, so treat them as general preparation.
