Load Shedding Schedule by Reference Number: PITC Portal for LESCO, GEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, MEPCO and More (2026)
Check load shedding by reference number on PITC's free portal for LESCO, GEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, MEPCO and PESCO. See tomorrow's hours and what each box means.

To see the load shedding schedule for your own house, open PITC's Load Management Portal at ccms.pitc.com.pk/FeederDetails and type the 14 digit reference number from your electricity bill, or your 6 digit feeder code. It shows your feeder, its grid station, whether the feeder is on or off right now, and an hour by hour plan for yesterday, today and tomorrow.
We tested it on the night of 2 November 2026 with a Gujrat feeder. The portal showed four hours off the next morning, from 9 am to 1 pm, which matched GEPCO's own shutdown file for that day. Below is how to use it, what each box means, and what to do when your company is not on it.
PITC's portal shows the schedule for one feeder at a time
PITC, the Power Information Technology Company, runs the billing and complaint systems for government owned electricity companies. Its Load Management Portal takes a 14 digit reference number or a 6 digit feeder code and returns that feeder's planned and actual cuts.
Load shedding in Pakistan is planned feeder by feeder, not street by street. A feeder is the 11 kV line that leaves a grid station and supplies one area. Two houses on the same road can sit on different feeders and get different hours, which is why a city wide list rarely tells you much.
| What you type | Where to find it | Digits |
|---|---|---|
| Reference number | Top of your electricity bill | 14 |
| Feeder code | From the feeder search page, by feeder name or grid | 6 |
| Feeder name or grid name | Use the separate search page, flsfeeder_index | Text |

Check your load shedding schedule in five steps
The whole check takes under a minute on a phone. Have your latest bill ready, because the reference number has to be typed exactly, without spaces. If you lost the bill, the reference number is also on any duplicate bill.
- Open ccms.pitc.com.pk/FeederDetails in your browser.
- Type the 14 digit reference number from your bill, or the 6 digit feeder code.
- Press Search and wait for "Load Management Info" with today's date.
- Read the three coloured boxes for planned hours, today's outage and yesterday's outage.
- Scroll to the hourly table and read the Tomorrow column for the next day.
If you only know your area, the companion page at ccms.pitc.com.pk/flsfeeder_index searches by feeder code, feeder name or grid name. Each result shows the feeder code, name, grid station and the company. In our searches it returned LESCO, FESCO and IESCO feeders.
Lost the bill entirely? A free copy comes from the LESCO bill check or the matching page for your company, and the reference number is printed at the top.

What each box on the result means
The result has a summary at the top and an hourly grid below. "ON" in the grid means no cut in that hour. A number such as 60 means the feeder is off for that many minutes in that hour, so four 60s in a row is a four hour cut.
| Field on the portal | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Feeder | Feeder code and name, for example 005110 SABOWAL |
| Grid | The grid station that feeds it |
| Feeder Status | ON or OFF at the moment you search |
| Red box: Planned Load Shedding | Total planned hours |
| Dark box: Actual Outage Today | How long the feeder has been off today |
| Yellow box: Yesterday Outage History | How long it was off yesterday |
| Net Metering Capacity | Solar capacity on the feeder, when known |
| Sub Division | Your subdivision code and name |
| Hourly table | Tomorrow's schedule, today's schedule beside what actually happened, and yesterday |
On our test feeder the red box said 0 hours, yet the Tomorrow column showed 60 minutes off at 9, 10, 11 and 12. That gap matters. A maintenance shutdown can appear in the hourly table even when routine load shedding is zero, so read the table, not just the box.

Which companies the portal covers, and K-Electric's separate route
PITC prints bills for ten government owned companies: LESCO, GEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, MEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO and TESCO. In our searches the portal returned LESCO, GEPCO, FESCO and IESCO feeders. K-Electric in Karachi is private and runs its own schedule.
| Company | Area | Extra source for shutdown days |
|---|---|---|
| LESCO | Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura, Nankana | Load Shedding/Shutdown Schedule page on lesco.gov.pk |
| GEPCO | Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat, Narowal | Daily PDF on the Shutdowns / PTW page |
| IESCO | Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal | Daily press release files |
| PESCO | Peshawar and most of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa | Shutdowns and load management pages |
| MEPCO | Multan, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan | Electricity Shutdown page |
| K-Electric | Karachi | Not on PITC; uses its own schedule |
For Karachi, use the steps to check K-Electric's load shedding schedule. For a planned maintenance day, the companies publish their own lists, such as the GEPCO shutdown schedule for 3 November 2026 and the IESCO load shedding feeder list.
When the portal shows nothing or gives the wrong hours
If the search returns nothing, check the digit count first. The box wants exactly 14 digits for a reference number or 6 for a feeder code. An old style reference with spaces or a missing digit will fail, and so will a K-Electric account number.
If the portal says ON but your power is off, the cut may be a local fault rather than load shedding. A blown fuse, a tripped transformer or a broken wire on your street does not show at feeder level. Report it on 118 or by SMS to 8118 and keep the complaint number.
If cuts in your area run far longer than the schedule, that is worth a written complaint. The rules on when load shedding is allowed are in checking whether your load shedding is legal, and planning a backup for the hours you do lose is easier once you know them.
Common questions
How can I check load shedding by reference number?
Type your 14 digit reference number at ccms.pitc.com.pk/FeederDetails. The portal shows your feeder and its planned hours.
Is the PITC load shedding portal free?
Yes. It needs no login, no CNIC and no fee. We used it without signing in.
Does it work for K-Electric in Karachi?
No. K-Electric is a private company outside PITC's systems and has its own schedule.
What does 60 mean in the hourly table?
It is minutes off in that hour. A 60 means the whole hour is off; "ON" means no cut.
Why does the portal show zero hours but a cut tomorrow?
The red box counts routine load shedding. Maintenance shutdowns can still appear hour by hour in the Tomorrow column.
How do I find my feeder code?
Search your feeder name or grid on ccms.pitc.com.pk/flsfeeder_index. Or skip it and use the 14 digit reference number instead.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We used PITC's Load Management Portal on 2 November 2026 at about 22:50 PKT, searching feeder code 005110. It returned Sabowal feeder on the 132 kV Gujrat-I grid, Gujrat Rural subdivision, status ON, 0 hours planned, 32 minutes off today, 1 hour 28 minutes yesterday, and 60 minutes off in each hour from 9 am to 12 noon on 3 November. That matched the GEPCO shutdown file for 3 November. We also ran name searches on the feeder search page. We did not test a 14 digit reference number, since that would mean using a real customer's account, and we could not confirm HAZECO coverage.
