NAB's complaint line is 111-622-622 (111-NAB-NAB). Dial it with the city code of the regional bureau you need: 042 for Lahore, 021 for Karachi, 051 for Rawalpindi and the headquarters, 091 for Peshawar and 081 for Quetta. The full address, fax and email of all seven NAB regional bureaus are in the table below.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is Pakistan's federal anti-corruption body. People look for its offices for three reasons: to hand in a complaint, to answer a call-up notice, or to follow a case. We copied every address and number from NAB's own contact page on 31 October 2026. Two bureaus, Sukkur and Multan, have no phone number listed, only a fax, so we show what to do for those.
NAB headquarters and the 111-622-622 complaint line
NAB headquarters is on Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/1, Islamabad. Its main line is 051-111-622-622, which NAB lists for complaints, and the general contact line is 051-9207799. The headquarters fax is 051-9214503 and the email is chairman@nab.gov.pk.
The 111 number is a UAN, a universal access number that rings the office of the city code you dial. That is why NAB prints it with a different prefix for each bureau. From a mobile, always add the city code, or you may reach the wrong office.
Addresses and numbers of all 7 NAB regional bureaus
NAB has seven regional bureaus: Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Sukkur, Peshawar, Multan and Balochistan in Quetta. Five list the 111-622-622 line with their city code. Sukkur and Multan list only a fax number and an email.

Note the Rawalpindi bureau. Despite its name, its address is in Islamabad, at the Civic Centre in G-6. So do not go looking for it in Rawalpindi city.
The Lahore bureau is at Thokar Niaz Baig on Multan Road
NAB Lahore is at the NAB Complex, Thokar Niaz Baig, on Multan Road. Call 042-111-622-622, fax 042-99232604, or email punjab@nab.gov.pk. NAB's Lahore page names Mirza Faran Baig as its Director General.
Thokar Niaz Baig is at the start of the motorway, on the city's south-western edge. If you have been called in, leave early, carry the original notice, your CNIC and copies of any documents the notice asks for.
How to reach Sukkur and Multan when no phone is listed
For Sukkur and Multan, NAB lists only a fax and an email. You can still use the UAN with the city code, but the website does not confirm that it rings those offices. The safest route is a short email with your name, CNIC number, phone number and the reference on any notice.
- Write a short email to sukkur@nab.gov.pk or multan@nab.gov.pk.
- Put your notice or complaint reference in the subject line.
- Give your full name, CNIC number and a mobile number.
- Ask for a phone number or a time to visit.
- If there is no reply in a few working days, call the headquarters line, 051-111-622-622, and ask to be put through.
Complaints go online or to a regional bureau with an affidavit
NAB's complaints page links to an online complaint form and gives filing instructions and a specimen affidavit in English and Urdu. The full steps, with the papers you need, are in the NAB complaint online process.
NAB is one of several anti-corruption routes. A complaint about a provincial department usually belongs with the province's anti-corruption establishment. Punjab's is on 1350, set out in reporting corruption in Punjab, and Sindh's is covered in Sindh's anti-corruption complaint route.

Check that a NAB call or notice is genuine
Fraudsters sometimes pose as NAB officers and ask for money to "close" an inquiry. NAB does not settle cases over the phone or ask for money by wallet transfer. If you get such a call, hang up and call the bureau back on the number in this list. A real notice carries a reference you can quote to the bureau.
