Nayatel Offers 2026: 25% Off a Year Upfront, Rs 1,000 Online Discount, Rs 2,000 Referral and Instalments

Nayatel's current offers are: pay 9 months and get 12 (a 25 per cent discount) when you pay the annual bill upfront at signup, Rs 1,000 off for signing up online, Rs 2,000 for each friend you refer, and an instalment plan that starts a new connection for just under Rs 6,400. Paying the full amount upfront also adds 75 Mbps of extra speed for 12 months.

Most people sign up for home internet at the listed monthly price and never ask about discounts. With Nayatel, that can cost a few thousand rupees in the first year. We read Nayatel's discount offers page on 1 November 2026, and the details below are what it lists, with a worked example so you can see what each offer is worth.

Paying a year upfront gives three months free

Nayatel's annual offer is "pay for 9 months, enjoy for 12 months". You pay the annual bill in advance at the time of signup and get a 25 per cent discount. The page ties it to signup, so ask before you assume an existing account can switch to it.

Here is what that means in rupees. Take a plan that costs Rs 5,000 a month as an example. Twelve months would cost Rs 60,000. Paying 9 months upfront costs Rs 45,000, so you save Rs 15,000 in the first year. That example is our arithmetic, not a Nayatel price, and taxes are not included. The catch is commitment. You hand over a year's money on day one. If you might move house, or you are unsure about coverage on your street, test the service first on a monthly plan.

The instalment plan starts a connection for under Rs 6,400

Nayatel's instalment plan lets you start for just under Rs 6,400. That amount covers the down payment on your ONT (the fibre modem), the first month's bill and installation charges. The rest of the ONT cost is paid in monthly instalments starting from Rs 600.

The page says device and installation charges are included in the Rs 6,400 figure, and that it is exclusive of all taxes. It also adds a free one month NAYA TV subscription and 200 mobile minutes. NAYA TV is Nayatel's streaming app for live channels and films.

Paying the full amount adds 75 Mbps for a year

If you pay upfront for a new Nayatel connection, the full payment offer adds an extra dedicated 75 Mbps of bandwidth through the Unlimited Bundle for 12 months, three months of free NAYA TV, 200 mobile minutes and free calls between Nayatel numbers.

The page describes the extra speed as "unlimited streaming for 12 months with extra dedicated bandwidth of 75 Mbps". Nayatel's Unlimited Bundle is a separate product aimed at social media and streaming, so ask the sales team whether the 75 Mbps applies to all your browsing or only to the apps that bundle covers. The page does not say.

Signing up online saves Rs 1,000

Nayatel gives an extra Rs 1,000 discount if you sign up for an internet connection online rather than by phone or at an office. The signup form is on Nayatel's customer portal, and the page calls the discount a thank you for choosing the online route.

1. Check that your area is covered on Nayatel's coverage page, or call 1441.
2. Open the Nayatel signup form and choose your package.
3. Ask for the annual or instalment offer if you want one, before you pay.
4. Confirm the Rs 1,000 online discount appears on your first bill.
5. Keep the signup confirmation and your account number for later.

The page does not say whether the online discount can be added on top of the annual or instalment offers. Ask before you pay, and get the answer in writing, by email or in the app chat. Nayatel's helpline and its extensions are in Nayatel helpline 1441.

Referring friends pays Rs 2,000 each, up to Rs 6,000 a month

Nayatel pays Rs 2,000 for each successful referral. You can share up to 3 referrals each month, so the most you can earn is Rs 6,000 a month. A referral counts only when your friend actually connects, as the word "successful" suggests.

This is the one offer that existing customers can use. If neighbours ask you about your connection, send them a referral before they call sales. The page has its own terms link for the referral scheme, which we could not open, so check how the reward is paid: as a bill credit or as cash.

Compare the offers with other providers before deciding
