The age rule adds up to 10 years for Balochistan

NHA's listings show the arithmetic. Clerical posts start at a base of 25 and add 5 years general relaxation and 5 years Balochistan relaxation, ending at 35. The BPS-17 officer posts start at 35 and add only 5 years general relaxation.

The deputy director post works differently. It allows 45 including general relaxation, with 3 more years for an MSc and 5 more for a PhD. The inspector and afforestation inspector posts reach 45 from a base of 35 plus both relaxations.

Experience decides the inspector and engineer posts

The two inspector seats need a civil DAE and 10 years on bridges or highways, the strictest rule here. The deputy director needs 7 years after a BSc. By contrast, the 6 assistant director engineer seats ask for no experience at all.

That makes the assistant director post the best opening here for a young civil engineer from Balochistan with a first class degree. A second class degree does not qualify unless you also hold an MSc or MS in a relevant subject.

Keep experience letters on letterhead with clear start and end dates. A letter that only says "worked with us" will not prove 10 years.
