A Payoneer withdrawal to a Pakistani bank usually arrives within two business days, and Payoneer says one to three is normal; a transfer to a JazzCash wallet can take up to 2 days if it is pulled into anti-money-laundering screening. Most missing withdrawals turn out to be one of four things: wrong bank details, a name that does not match, a bank-side hold, or a compliance check. Below are the normal times, what each status means, the steps to trace the money, and the JazzCash rules that the older guides get wrong. Payoneer withdrawals normally take one to three business days
Payoneer says most withdrawals reach a local account within two business days, and its FAQ gives one to three. Same-day arrival is possible for many transfers. Count business days only: Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays in Pakistan or abroad do not count.

So a withdrawal sent on Thursday afternoon before a long weekend can land on Tuesday without anything being wrong. Check the calendar before you worry.
Four causes explain most missing Payoneer withdrawals
Payoneer names incorrect bank details, mismatched account information, bank restrictions and compliance checks as the common reasons a withdrawal is delayed or returned. Returned money usually goes back to your Payoneer balance, so a failed transfer is rarely lost money.
- Wrong details. One wrong digit in the IBAN, or the wrong branch, sends the transfer back.
- Name mismatch. The account title at your bank must match the name on Payoneer. A missing middle name or a spelling difference from your CNIC can trigger a return.
- Bank restriction. Your bank may refuse the credit, for example on a dormant account or one whose limit is full.
- Compliance check. Payoneer or your bank may review the payment before releasing it.
A wallet adds a fifth: the wallet's own limit. JazzCash says its normal daily and monthly wallet limits apply to Payoneer money, so a basic Level 1 account that has already taken Rs 100,000 today cannot take more until tomorrow.
How to trace a Payoneer withdrawal step by step
Start in Payoneer, not at the bank. The withdrawal's status and its proof of payment tell you whether the money left Payoneer. Only then does the bank or JazzCash have something to search for, and you avoid two support teams blaming each other.
- Find the withdrawal in your Payoneer account activity. Note its status and date.
- If it shows as sent, download the proof of payment. Payoneer says you can track a transfer this way while it is in transit.
- Check the bank details you saved against your cheque book or bank app, letter by letter.
- Give the proof of payment to your bank's home remittance or foreign remittance desk and ask them to search for the credit.
- Ask the bank whether it is holding the credit for any reason, such as a name mismatch.
- If the money came back to Payoneer, correct the details and withdraw again.
- If it is neither in your bank nor back in Payoneer, contact Payoneer through its Contact Us page with the proof of payment.

JazzCash takes Payoneer money from $5 and charges nothing itself
JazzCash says the minimum withdrawal from Payoneer is 5 US dollars, JazzCash charges no fee to receive it, and Payoneer's standard 3% applies. Transfers are usually instant, but anti-money-laundering screening can hold one for up to 2 days.
That corrects two figures still repeated in older guides, including one we published in 2025: a $50 minimum and a JazzCash fee of 2% to 5%. JazzCash's own page, read on 31 October 2026, gives $5 and no JazzCash fee, and JazzCash is the authority on its own charges.

The IBAN worries people because it is the same for everyone. JazzCash explains it is a code agreed between JazzCash and Payoneer that links your wallet, and it is not your mobile account number. If you made your Payoneer account on Payoneer's website instead of inside JazzCash, JazzCash says that account cannot be linked this way.

What not to do while a withdrawal is missing
Do not withdraw the same amount again before the first one is traced or returned, and do not share your Payoneer login, codes or proof of payment with anyone who contacts you offering help. Treat anyone on social media who offers to recover a payment for a fee as a likely scam.
