The producer and reporter posts have no stated experience rule, which makes them the best route in for a fresh media graduate from Balochistan. The design and IT posts are the opposite: they all want years of work behind you.
Fresh graduates can aim at 9 seats
Four producer and marketing posts and five assistant accountant seats carry no stated experience, 9 seats in all. Every other PTV post asks for 2 to 5 years, or an army service record. Check your degree division, because most lines want second division.
The news producer listing describes the work in detail: show running order, timing the broadcast, writing news scripts, control room execution, live directing and breaking news. The current affairs producer books guests and must keep content within media law and PEMRA rules.
The assistant accountant line is the widest. It accepts a B.Com, BBA, BSc or associate degree in finance or accounting with second division or 2.25 CGPA, or an M.Com, MBA finance, ICMA Part-II or CA Inter.
