The Rs 1,500 prize bond draw is on Monday 16 November 2026 at Hyderabad, under the National Savings draw schedule, with a first prize of Rs 3,000,000 in each series if the prize table stays as it was in August. The same day brings the Rs 100 draw at Faisalabad. Below are the prizes, which bonds are in the draw, the numbers that can never win, and how to check the result the moment it is posted.

We read the 2026 schedule letter on the National Savings prize bonds page on 24 October 2026. It is a scanned letter dated 21 October 2025, signed by a National Savings officer, and it lists 16-11-2026 (Monday) for Rs 1,500 at Hyderabad.

Rs 1,500 prize bond draw date and city: 16 November 2026, Hyderabad

The fourth and last Rs 1,500 draw of 2026 is on Monday 16 November at Hyderabad. National Savings says a draw that falls on a public holiday moves to the next working day. By our count it is the 108th Rs 1,500 draw, since August's was the 107th.

The draw numbers for February, May and August are printed on the official result files. The November number is the August one plus one, so treat it as a guide until the list appears. For every other bond, the prize bond draw schedule for 2026 has the remaining dates.

The Rs 1,500 bond pays Rs 3,000,000, Rs 1,000,000 and Rs 18,500 prizes

In the August 2026 draw, each series of the Rs 1,500 bond paid one first prize of Rs 3,000,000, three second prizes of Rs 1,000,000 and 1,696 third prizes of Rs 18,500. National Savings has not posted a different table for November, so expect the same.

PrizeAmountIn each seriesAcross all 135 series in AugustFiler keeps (15% tax)
FirstRs 3,000,0001135Rs 2,550,000
SecondRs 1,000,0003405Rs 850,000
ThirdRs 18,5001,696228,960Rs 15,725
Total1,700229,500

The series figures come from the August result, which says the draw covered 135 series, from A to EQ. Each winning number wins in every series. So if 177110 is drawn first, every bond numbered 177110 wins Rs 3,000,000, whatever its series letters.

Non-filers pay 30% instead of 15%. On a first prize, that leaves Rs 2,100,000 instead of Rs 2,550,000. A third prize of Rs 18,500 pays Rs 12,950 to a non-filer. The prize bond tax rules set out who counts as a filer.

Only Rs 1,500 bonds issued by mid September 2026 are in the 16 November draw

National Savings says a bond must be issued at least 60 days before the draw to qualify. For 16 November, that means 17 September 2026 or earlier. A bond bought on 1 October 2026 first enters the February 2027 draw, whenever that is held.

The August list shows how this works in practice. It says series A to EQ "sold up to 14-06-2026" were included in the 17 August draw. That cut-off was 64 days before the draw, a few days earlier than a plain 60 day count. So if you bought a bond in the middle of September, check the November list carefully rather than assuming you are in it.

This 60 day window is also the "shut period". National Savings Centres and the State Bank stop selling that denomination for 60 days before its draw. Rs 1,500 bonds traded during the shut period change hands privately, at open market prices.

Some Rs 1,500 numbers can never win a prize

The August result names Rs 1,500 bonds that are not eligible: four withdrawn bonds, F899873, J749647, AA961120 and P170632, and 20,000 bonds numbered AW070001 to AW090000 that SBP says it never issued. Bonds with mismatched numbers are not eligible either.

The State Bank's note in the August list says bonds with mismatched numbers cannot claim prize money, citing a Finance Division notification of June 2011, but it does not define the term further. If the printing on a bond you are offered looks inconsistent anywhere, ask a State Bank BSC counter before you pay for it. Also make sure it is not in the AW070001 to AW090000 range. The prize bond security check covers the paper features too.

Check the 16 November result on savings.gov.pk in four steps

The official list goes up on the National Savings Rs 1,500 draw page. The August file was posted on 19 August, two days after the draw, and it was a scanned PDF, so a phone search may not find your number. In that case, use the Draw Search page with your number range instead.

  1. Open savings.gov.pk, then Prize Bonds, then Download Draws, and choose Rs 1,500.
  2. Open the file dated 16 November 2026 once it appears.
  3. Check the first and second prize numbers at the top against your six digits.
  4. For the third prizes, use Draw Search, pick Rs 1,500, the draw date and your from and to range.

Our prize bond result check shows the Draw Search page in detail. The August first prize, for reference, was 177110, and the second prizes were 804336, 985779 and 987416.

Claim a Rs 1,500 prize only at a State Bank BSC branch

Every Rs 1,500 prize is above Rs 1,250, so National Savings says it is paid only by a State Bank Banking Services Corporation branch. Take the free claim form, the original bond, a CNIC copy and a photocopy of the bond signed on the back. You have six years.

Claims open about three or four working days after the draw. For a 16 November prize, the six year limit runs to 16 November 2032. The prize bond claim process covers the counter visit. Keep the bond safe until then: it is bearer paper, and a lost bond cannot be stopped.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 24 October 2026. We read the 2026 draw schedule scan on the National Savings prize bonds page, the list of Rs 1,500 result files on its Rs 1,500 draw page, the scanned 107th draw result of 17 August 2026 and the 106th draw text file of 15 May 2026, and the National Savings FAQ for the 60 day rule, tax, claims and attendance. The 108th draw number, the 17 September cut-off and the net prizes are our arithmetic. The November prize table is not published yet; we assume it matches August, and the result does not exist until 16 November.
