Samsung says it has more than 176 authorised service centers across Pakistan, which you find on its online locator, and its toll free helpline is 0800-7267864, open 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays. This page covers how to find the nearest center, the seven Samsung outlets that give free Galaxy check-ups, the Maintenance Mode that keeps your data private during a repair, and the warranty terms.

We read Samsung Pakistan's service center page, its contact page, its warranty page and its Maintenance Mode guide on 28 October 2026. Samsung notes that its centers are run by independent third parties but use genuine Samsung parts.

Samsung lists more than 176 authorised service centers in Pakistan

Samsung's page says over 176 authorised support centers operate across Pakistan, run by independent third parties and trained to use genuine parts. You find the nearest one with the locator on that page, by product type and city, within 10 to 25 km.

The locator does not print a full list on the page. It searches around the place you type. Here is how Samsung says to use it:

  1. Open samsung.com/pk/support/service-center on your phone or computer.
  2. Pick your product type, for example Mobile Phone, TV and AV, or Home Appliance.
  3. Type your city or town, such as Lahore, Karachi or Peshawar.
  4. If nothing appears, raise the search radius from 10 km to 15, 20 or 25 km.
  5. Open a result to see its address, hours, phone number and map.
  6. Call the center first to confirm it repairs your product.

That last step is Samsung's own advice. The page warns that you should contact the center to make sure your product can be repaired at that location. Not every center handles every product.

Steps to find a Samsung service center in Pakistan with the online locator

Call 0800-7267864, or use WhatsApp and live chat

Samsung Pakistan's contact page lists the toll free number 0800-7267864, open 9 am to 6 pm, five days a week, with Saturday and Sunday off. WhatsApp and live chat run around the clock, with a live agent from 9 am to 9 pm.

ChannelHow to reach itWhen a person answers

Sign language video callPakistani Sign Language interpreter9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
EmailForm on the contact page, plus an "Email to CEO" optionReply time not stated

One small conflict: the service center page prints the number as 0800-72678, which looks cut short. The contact page gives 0800-7267864, which spells 0800-SAMSUNG on a phone keypad. We would dial the longer one.

Weekend problems are the gap here. If your phone breaks on a Saturday, WhatsApp or chat is the only way to reach a person that day.

Seven Samsung outlets offer free Galaxy check-ups

Samsung lists seven outlets in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Bahawalpur, Multan and Faisalabad where Galaxy owners get four free services: Smart Switch data transfer, a full device check-up, the latest software update and one-to-one advice. These are shops, not repair centers.

Samsung says the free services depend on availability at each outlet. They are handy if you are moving to a new Galaxy and want help with moving data from your old phone, or if you suspect a software fault and want a check before paying for anything.

Turn on Maintenance Mode before you hand over a Galaxy phone

Maintenance Mode locks away your photos, messages and accounts while a technician works on the phone. Only preinstalled apps stay available. Samsung asks customers to turn it on before sending a phone for service. It needs Android 13 or later.

Samsung's steps, from its Maintenance Mode page:

  1. Open Settings and tap Device care.
  2. Swipe up to open Additional care, then tap Maintenance mode.
  3. Tap Turn on. Set a screen lock if you do not have one.
  4. Tap Turn on again, then Restart, and confirm your identity.

To leave it, pull down the notification bar, tap "Tap here to exit", then Exit and Restart, and unlock the phone. Samsung warns that any app you install while in Maintenance Mode is deleted when you leave it. Availability varies by model, so if you do not see the option, back up and remove your accounts instead.

Samsung phones carry a 12 month warranty, batteries 6 months

Samsung Pakistan's warranty page lists 12 months for GSM mobile phones and 6 months for the battery. Accessories are not covered. Keep your receipt, because the center checks the purchase date before a free repair.

The page also says Samsung recommends registering your product by serial number or IMEI, which speeds up a claim. A phone bought abroad or as a non-PTA import may not be covered by Samsung Pakistan at all, so ask the center before you leave it. To see whether your model still gets security fixes, use the steps to check a Galaxy security update end date.

Samsung's support menu also has "Book a Repair" and "Track my repair" links. Use the tracker with the job number on your repair slip.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 28 October 2026. We read Samsung Pakistan's service center page, contact page, warranty page and Maintenance Mode page at samsung.com/pk/support on that date. The center count, locator steps, outlet list, helpline, hours, warranty periods and Maintenance Mode steps come from those pages. Samsung's locator returns results only for a searched location, so we could not print every center's address, and we did not test the repair tracker. Samsung's own pages disagree on the helpline digits, as noted above. Call before you travel.
