Taptap Send delivers money to Pakistan into Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets, into any Pakistani bank account, or as cash pickup at Bank Al Habib, MCB and Faysal Bank. It charges no fee above a minimum that depends on where you send from: £125 from the UK, $200 from the US and AED 700 from the UAE. Below those amounts a small flat fee applies, such as £0.99 from the UK.

We read Taptap Send's own Pakistan page on 2 November 2026. Below is the fee rule for every sending country it lists, the limits for banks and wallets, how a family member in Pakistan receives the money, and what to do when a transfer does not arrive.

Taptap Send pays out to wallets, banks and cash pickup in Pakistan

Taptap Send offers three ways to receive in Pakistan: a JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet, a deposit to any bank account in Pakistan, or cash collected at a branch of Bank Al Habib, MCB or Faysal Bank. The sender picks the method in the app before paying.

Taptap Send's page says 95% of its transfers to Pakistan were delivered in under a minute, based on its own data from April 2026. That is the company's figure, not one we tested. A bank deposit can still take longer if the receiving bank holds it for checks.

Taptap Send fees to Pakistan from every sending country

Taptap Send charges no transfer fee to Pakistan once you send above a minimum, which differs by country. Below it, a flat fee applies. From several European countries and from any country not named, the page says there is no fee at all, whatever the amount.

The fee is only half the cost. The exchange rate decides how many rupees arrive, and Taptap Send's page only describes its rate as competitive. Before you pay, compare the rupee amount your family will receive, not just the fee. The same check matters with any service, including Wise or Western Union.

Wallet transfers depend on your family's JazzCash or Easypaisa level

A transfer into a wallet can fail even when the sender did everything right. Taptap Send's page says the wallet limit depends on whether the receiving account is verified. A basic wallet also has its own monthly receiving limit in Pakistan, set by its level.

Ask your family to check their wallet level before you send a large amount. JazzCash's limits for incoming remittances by account type are set out in receiving remittance in a JazzCash wallet. For amounts above Rs 25,000 a time or regular large transfers, a bank deposit is often the safer choice, because the per transfer limit is Rs 1,000,000.

Money sent through official channels like this also counts for the State Bank's remittance reward schemes, such as the Pasban remittance reward, and keeps a paper trail that matters for tax on remittances.

How to send money to Pakistan with Taptap Send

You send from the Taptap Send app, not a website. Sign up, verify your identity, add your family member as a recipient with their wallet or bank details, check the rupee amount and pay. The recipient gets the money in their wallet or account, or collects it at a branch.

  1. Download the Taptap Send app from Google Play or the App Store and create an account.
  2. Complete the identity check the app asks for in your country.
  3. Choose Pakistan and pick JazzCash, Easypaisa, a bank account or cash pickup.
  4. Enter the recipient's name exactly as on their CNIC and their wallet number or bank account.
  5. Type the amount and read the rupee figure your family will receive.
  6. Pay, and keep the transfer reference until the money arrives.
Steps to send money to Pakistan with the Taptap Send app

For cash pickup, banks paying cash over the counter ask for the original CNIC and the transfer details. Confirm with Taptap Send's app which details the branch will ask for before your family goes.

What to do if a Taptap Send transfer does not arrive

First check the status in the app and the details you entered: a wrong wallet number or a name that does not match is the most common reason. Taptap Send's support handles the sender's side. In Pakistan, the receiving bank or wallet handles its side.

If the app shows the transfer as paid out but the money is not in the wallet or account, your family should complain to JazzCash, Easypaisa or the bank with the transfer reference. The full route, including the State Bank's complaint options, is in money sent to Pakistan has not arrived.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read Taptap Send's Pakistan page, including its questions on fees, limits and delivery time, on 2 November 2026. We did not send a transfer ourselves, and we did not check the exchange rate offered, which changes through the day. Fees and limits are the company's own and can change.
