A small taped cardboard parcel and a pair of scissors on a dark wooden table, for a guide to tracking a Leopards Courier parcel

Short answer: Track a Leopards Courier parcel on the tracking page of pk.leopardscourier.com with the consignment number from your SMS or slip. For a cash on delivery order, email cod.khi@leopardscourier.com with your name, address and tracking number to get the shipper's details. The helpline is (021) 111-300-786.

The parcel was meant to come Tuesday. It is Friday and the status has not moved. The seller says "it is with the courier". The courier says "ask the shipper". Online shoppers in Pakistan know this loop.

Leopards Courier publishes its answers on an FAQ page, a tracking page and a complaint form. We read all three on 11 October 2026. We did not book or track a real parcel, so we describe what each page says, not what a live result looks like.

Use the consignment number on the Leopards tracking page

Open the Tracking page on the Leopards Pakistan website, enter your consignment number and press Track Shipment. Leopards says the tracking response lists the status, the delivery date, time and who received it, the place of delivery, the service type, and the weight and pieces.

The number is the Air Waybill or Consignment Note number. Leopards says the system assigns one to every shipment automatically, and it is how the parcel is traced through its network. For a cash on delivery order, the seller or the courier usually sends it by SMS. The complaint form shows an example format that starts with two letters, KI123456789.

If the tracking page shows nothing, call the UAN on (021) 111-300-786. Leopards says its agents answer even after office hours.

A cash on delivery parcel comes from a shipper, not from Leopards

Leopards is the carrier, not the seller. Its FAQ says it is only responsible for delivering the products, not for their quality, and that it does not own or sell the items. For a cash on delivery parcel, the shipper's details come from an email to cod.khi@leopardscourier.com.

Write your name, city, address and tracking number in that email. The FAQ adds a limit that is easy to miss. Once Leopards has given you the shipper's information, it will not entertain complaints about delays in returns or exchanges, because Leopards is not liable for how long the shipper takes to contact you.

So the order of things matters. Use the courier to find the parcel. Use the seller to settle the product. If the product itself is bad, our guide on your return and refund rights when shopping online explains what you can demand from the seller. A Daraz order has its own rules, in Daraz return and refund rules.

Leopards tries twice and then holds or returns the parcel

Leopards says it makes up to two delivery attempts. The rider leaves a message saying where to call or collect, and the parcel can usually be picked up from the nearest express centre. If delivery fails because of a change of address or a closed business, it goes back to the sender.

Delivery hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. If you are away, the FAQ says the parcel can be handed to family, colleagues or a neighbour, and the courier collects proof of delivery. If nobody is there, the rider leaves a message and tries again at your convenience.

  1. Check the tracking page for the latest scan and the delivery status.
  2. If it says attempted, call the UAN and ask which express centre holds it.
  3. Collect it within the time the centre gives you, with your CNIC.
  4. If you do not want it, refuse it so that it is marked "Returned to Shipper".
  5. Tell the seller in writing so that your order and any prepaid amount are closed.
Five steps to find a stuck cash on delivery parcel with Leopards Courier

"Returned to Shipper", the FAQ explains, means the parcel went back to the person who booked it, for example because the receiver refused it or the address could not be found. Step 3 mentions a CNIC. That is our suggestion, not a Leopards rule, because the FAQ does not list ID requirements.

A buyer who says "not received" can ask for the delivery record

If tracking says delivered and you did not get it, ask for the proof of delivery. Leopards says it holds a written record of every delivery showing who received it, when and where. Call the UAN, give the consignment number, and ask for a copy.

Do this quickly. The same FAQ page says claims for damaged or lost shipments must be lodged within 10 days of the incident, and written claims must reach Leopards within 30 days of the booking date. It then settles an accepted claim after investigation within 45 days. Our page on claiming for a lost or damaged courier parcel compares those deadlines with TCS and Pakistan Post.

Leopards Courier delivery attempts and claim deadlines in days

Late delivery is a different matter. Leopards says it is not liable for damages or loss caused by late delivery or by a break in service beyond its control. The company also says it does not insure a consignment unless the shipper asks, and then insures it at 5% of the total value. A fragile parcel is carried with no claim or insurance responsibility, though Leopards says it will ensure safe delivery.

The online complaint form needs the consignment details

The Complaint Form on the Leopards Pakistan site asks for the consignment number, origin, destination, booking date, shipper and consignee names and contacts, service type, your name, contact and email, and a comment. It also asks you to pick an issue nature: Complaint, Request or Claims.

Choose Claims for a lost or damaged parcel. Choose Complaint for a delay or poor service, and Request for a change you need made. We could not read the Issue Type list, because it loads after you pick the nature.

A cash on delivery buyer should also check the SMS before paying. If a caller asks for a code before delivery, that is a scam. We explain it in the fake courier call OTP scam. A courier needs no code to hand you a parcel.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked on Sunday 11 October 2026. We read the Leopards Courier Pakistan FAQ, its Tracking page, its Complaint Form and its Service Alerts page. The FAQ is undated, and its two claim limits differ, so we gave both. We did not track or book a parcel and did not submit the form.
