Ufone's pages print two different long numbers. The support page gives 033-11-333-100 as the UAN. The roaming FAQ gives 051-111-333-100 for calls from any other number. Both are on Ufone's own site, so try the first and keep the second as a backup.
Dial 333 from a Ufone SIM for most problems
333 is the number Ufone gives first on its support page and in almost every offer's terms. It handles balance, packages, roaming activation for postpaid and complaints. Ufone's pages we read do not state a charge for calling 333.
Keep your CNIC number and Ufone number ready before you call. The agent will need to confirm that you are the registered owner before changing anything on the SIM. Ufone also asks people to call 333 before visiting an office, to confirm the office is open and its timings, because its office finder does not list hours.
From another network, use 033-11-333-100
When your Ufone SIM is lost, blocked or out of signal, 333 will not help. Call 033-11-333-100, which Ufone lists as its UAN, or message the same number on WhatsApp. Ufone's roaming FAQ adds 051-111-333-100 for any other number.

Ufone roaming help: two numbers, and avoid 333 abroad
Abroad, call +92-51-111-333-100, which Ufone's roaming FAQ gives for problems while roaming. Its roaming bucket terms also list an IR help desk on +92-333-5100038, for use outside Pakistan only. Normal roaming call charges apply to both.
Ufone's FAQ says to avoid short codes such as 333 while you are on international roaming. Prepaid SIMs already have roaming active, according to the same FAQ, while postpaid users must ask for it, which takes about 6 hours. The full activation steps are in activating international roaming.
How to register a Ufone complaint online
Ufone's online complaint form asks for the mobile number and the CNIC of the person the number is registered to. It then sends a one-time password (OTP) to that number. You choose a complaint type, such as network, billing or payment.
- Open Register Your Complaint from Ufone's support menu.
- Enter the Ufone number and the owner's CNIC.
- Type the OTP sent to that number.
- Pick the complaint type and fill in where and since when the problem happens.
- Submit, then check progress under Complaint History.
For a network complaint, the form asks for your city, area, full address, handset model and network mode. Have them ready before you start. If Ufone does not fix it, the next step is the PTA telecom complaint route.
Three codes to try before you call Ufone
Ufone's complaint page asks you to run three checks before reporting weak signal or slow internet. Dial *4# to see whether your SIM supports 4G, *124# for your balance and *706# for remaining data. Many complaints end there.

- *124#: shows balance and whether a prepaid account has expired.
- *706#: shows remaining data and other resources.
Ufone also suggests setting network selection to Auto, restarting the phone and trying the SIM in another handset. If the problem is a deduction rather than signal, the Ufone unsubscribe codes stop most services without a call.
