How to Check a Sindh Court Notice Sent on WhatsApp Is Genuine: Official Numbers and the Verify Page
Check a Sindh court notice sent on WhatsApp: the official High Court and district court numbers, the Verify eNotice page and what to do if it fails the check.

The High Court of Sindh says its official court messages come only from numbers it publishes. In Karachi the High Court number is +92-301-3074281, and the Hyderabad circuit court number is +92-326-8186713. For a district court notice, check the district's own number on the courts' list, then type the notice number into the Verify Notice page. If the number is not on the list, do not act on the message.
A WhatsApp message with a court's name on it is frightening. It may say a case is filed against you, or that you must pay by a certain date. Scammers know that fear moves people faster than reading does. The Sindh courts have published a short list of official numbers so that you can check.
We opened the High Court e-Notices site and the district courts' e-Courts pages on 14 October 2026. We read the number lists and the Verify Notice forms. We did not verify a real notice, because the forms need a genuine notice number, and we did not message any of the numbers.
The courts send electronic notices from published numbers
The High Court's e-Courts project says courts in Sindh now use e-process services, meaning modern ways of serving a notice: email, WhatsApp and SMS. It also lists SMS alerts of court proceedings.
The district courts' page says all official messages are sent through WhatsApp using the official numbers assigned for this purpose. It says this includes important notices and release information. So a genuine WhatsApp notice should arrive from a number on the list below.
| Court | Official WhatsApp number |
|---|---|
| High Court of Sindh, Karachi | +92-301-3074281 |
| High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad | +92-326-8186713 |

Each district lists its own number
The district courts' list names 20 districts. Each has a bailiff email, and most have a WhatsApp number. A bailiff is the court officer who serves notices. Here are the WhatsApp numbers as printed.
| District | WhatsApp number | District | WhatsApp number |
|---|---|---|---|
| Karachi (East) | 0335-2336078 | Mirpurkhas | 0328-9290005 |
| Karachi (Central) | 0333-1838374 | Sukkur | 0319-3200363 |
| Karachi (Malir) | 0316-8229965 | Larkana | 0333-0537786 |
| Ghotki | 0335-1008730 | Jamshoro | 0311-5993789 |
| Dadu (temporary) | 0303-2107393 | Umerkot | 0319-3200365 |
| Shaheed Benazirabad | 0335-0004122 | Tharparkar at Mithi | 0335-1008721 |
| Kamber-Shahdadkot | 0319-3200362 | Sanghar | 0319-3200364 |
| Matiari | 0317-2998812 | Naushahro Feroze | 0335-1008733 |
| Shikarpur | 0319-3200361 | Tando Allahyar | 0311-5994446 |
Badin and Tando Muhammad Khan are on the list but show no WhatsApp number. Karachi (South) and Karachi (West) are not on it at all. The list also gives a landline for some districts. Courts change numbers, so open the page again before you rely on this table.

Type the notice number into the Verify page
Both the High Court and the district courts have a Verify eNotice page. It asks for a notice number. The High Court's form shows the format, "eNotice/10167/KHI", and the district form shows "eNotice/167/3". Type the number exactly as it appears on your notice.
- Note the number the message came from and the notice number written in it.
- Compare the sender with the official list above.
- Open the Verify eNotice page of the High Court or the district courts.
- Type the full notice number and press Verify.
- If it does not verify, do not click links or pay. Ask a lawyer or call the court.

We cannot say what a successful result looks like on screen, because we did not run a real notice. A failed result is a warning but is not proof of fraud: you may have typed the number wrongly. Try again once, then call.
Lawyers and organisations can register for e-notices
The e-Notices site also has an eNotice Request Form for law firms, individual lawyers, and government and private organisations. It is a Word form to be completed on company letterhead. The page says to email it back, or send it to the Office of the MIT-II, Sindh High Court, Karachi. Questions about e-notices go to the Head Bailiff, whose email is on the site's Contact page.
If you are an ordinary party to a case and cannot afford a lawyer, free help is available. See how to call 1818 for free legal aid.
What to do with a message you do not trust
Do not open a link or install a file from a message you doubt. If a file arrived and you installed it, the steps to remove a fake APK installed from a WhatsApp link will help. To report an online fraud, the guide to reporting a cyber problem to PKCERT or NCCIA says which body takes which case.
Common questions about Sindh court notices on WhatsApp
Do Sindh courts send notices on WhatsApp?
Yes, the courts' pages say official messages are sent on WhatsApp from numbers assigned for the purpose. The High Court also lists email and SMS among its e-process services.
How do I know a number is official?
Check it against the lists on the e-Notices site and the district courts' e-Courts page. If it is not on either list, treat the message as unverified.
What does a notice number look like?
The forms show examples such as "eNotice/10167/KHI" on the High Court site and "eNotice/167/3" on the district courts' site. Use the number printed on your own notice.
Is a paper notice still valid?
The pages we read do not say that paper notices have ended. The High Court describes the e-notice route as modern modes of service. Ask your lawyer or the court about any paper notice.
Which number do I use for Karachi South or West?
Those two districts are not on the list we read. Use the High Court's Karachi number if the matter is at the High Court, and call the district court office for a district matter.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 14 October 2026. The numbers come from the List of Official WhatsApp Numbers on the High Court's e-Notices site and on the district courts' e-Courts page. The form formats come from the two Verify eNotice pages. We did not verify a real notice, message any number or test a registration. The advice to compare and verify is our own, not a court instruction.
