Zindigi Charges and Limits 2026 in Pakistan: IBFT, ATM, Card Fees and Every Account Level (Full List)
Zindigi charges 2026: free Raast and IBFT up to Rs 25,000 a month, Rs 35 ATM, Rs 1,000 cards, and limits for Basic, Advanced, Ultra and Freelancer accounts.

Zindigi charges nothing to open an account, nothing for transfers to another wallet, nothing for Raast and nothing for bank transfers up to Rs 25,000 a month. Its debit cards cost Rs 1,000 to issue and Rs 1,000 a year, and an ATM withdrawal at a non-JS Bank machine costs Rs 35. Those figures come from Zindigi's schedule of charges for 1 October to 31 December 2026.
Zindigi is the digital wallet run by JS Bank. We read its schedule of charges and its account page on 1 November 2026. The schedule says all charges include federal excise duty (FED) unless marked otherwise. Below is every fee and limit a normal user is likely to meet.
Zindigi transfers are free up to Rs 25,000 a month
Sending money from Zindigi to another Zindigi wallet, to a JS Bank account, or through Raast is free. Bank transfers by IBFT are free up to Rs 25,000 a month. Above that, Zindigi charges 0.1% of the extra amount, capped at Rs 200.
IBFT means inter-bank funds transfer, the normal way to send money to another bank. Raast is the State Bank's free instant system. So if you send a lot each month, use Raast and the cap never matters.
| Transfer in the Zindigi app | Charge (incl. FED) |
|---|---|
| Wallet to wallet | Free |
| Wallet to JS Bank account | Free |
| Raast transfer | Free |
| IBFT up to Rs 25,000 a month | Free |
| IBFT above Rs 25,000 a month | 0.1% of the extra, at most Rs 200 |
| Mobile top-up | Rs 2 per transaction |
| Utility bill payment | Rs 5 per transaction |
| M-Tag top-up | Free |
Here is a worked example. Send Rs 60,000 by IBFT in one month and the first Rs 25,000 is free. The fee is 0.1% of Rs 35,000, which is Rs 35. That is our arithmetic from the schedule.

Sending money to a CNIC costs Rs 46 to Rs 510
A transfer from your Zindigi wallet to someone's CNIC, for cash pickup, is charged by slab. It starts at Rs 46 for up to Rs 1,000 and rises to Rs 510 for Rs 20,001 to Rs 25,000. It is the most expensive way to send money.
| Amount sent to CNIC | Charge |
|---|---|
| Rs 100 to 1,000 | Rs 46 |
| Rs 1,001 to 2,500 | Rs 93 |
| Rs 2,501 to 4,000 | Rs 139 |
| Rs 4,001 to 6,000 | Rs 185 |
| Rs 6,001 to 8,000 | Rs 232 |
| Rs 8,001 to 10,000 | Rs 278 |
| Rs 10,001 to 13,000 | Rs 325 |
| Rs 13,001 to 15,000 | Rs 360 |
| Rs 15,001 to 20,000 | Rs 440 |
| Rs 20,001 to 25,000 | Rs 510 |
If the person has any wallet or bank account, a Raast or IBFT transfer is free for most amounts. Use CNIC transfer only when they have no account at all. The same service costs differently at JazzCash and Easypaisa, so compare the CNIC transfer charges at JazzCash, Easypaisa and UPaisa too.
Cash withdrawal at a Zindigi agent or JS Bank branch has its own slabs, from Rs 20 for up to Rs 1,000 to Rs 690 for Rs 40,001 to Rs 50,000.

Zindigi debit cards cost Rs 1,000 to issue and Rs 1,000 a year
The PayPak, Mastercard, Her Mastercard and Humaray Heroes PayPak cards each cost Rs 1,000 to issue, Rs 1,000 a year and Rs 1,000 to replace. The Visa virtual card is listed at Rs 1,000 plus 16% tax for issue and the same each year.
Zindigi's own order-a-card page shows a lower figure for the virtual Visa card: Rs 500 to issue and Rs 500 a year. The two Zindigi pages disagree. Check the price shown in the app before you confirm.
| Card use | Charge |
|---|---|
| ATM withdrawal, JS Bank ATM | Free |
| ATM withdrawal, other banks | Rs 35 |
| Balance check or receipt, other banks | Rs 4.67 |
| Shop payment (POS) in Pakistan | Free |
| International shop or online payment | 1% of the amount |
| International ATM withdrawal | Rs 1,000 or 1%, whichever is higher |
| Tax on international payments | 0.5% filers, 1% non-filers |
The 0.5% and 1% figures are the advance tax on card payments abroad under section 236Y, which the FBR rate card also lists.

Your account level sets your limits and international use
Zindigi has three personal levels plus a freelancer account. The Basic account allows Rs 25,000 a day and no online or international payments. Advanced allows Rs 100,000 a day with online shopping. Only Ultra and Freelancer accounts can pay abroad.
| Account | Daily | Monthly | Yearly | Max balance | Online | Abroad |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | Rs 25,000 | Rs 50,000 | Rs 200,000 | Rs 200,000 | No | No |
| Advanced | Rs 100,000 | Rs 300,000 | Rs 3.6 million | Rs 1 million | Yes | No |
| Ultra | Rs 200,000 | Rs 1 million | Rs 5 million | Rs 1 million | Yes | Yes |
| Freelancer | Rs 800,000 | Rs 4 million | Rs 10 million | Rs 1 million | Yes | Yes |
Basic needs no biometric check. Advanced needs biometric verification. Ultra and Freelancer need biometrics within 60 days and a SIM registered on your own CNIC. So if your card keeps failing on Netflix or Google Play, the account level is the first thing to check.
- Open the Zindigi app and tap the menu.
- Tap Upgrade Account and pick Ultra.
- Enter your details and upload the CNIC photos.
- Record the short video the app asks for.
- Submit and wait for approval.
Advance Cash and Advance Salary carry high fees
Advance Cash has a setup fee of 2% of the loan and a weekly fee of up to 4.5% of what you still owe. Advance Salary, for payroll users only, takes Rs 650 or 1% upfront, whichever is higher. Treat both as expensive short-term credit.
Advance Salary Plus has a 2.5% setup fee, a 3% monthly fee and a 2.5% late fee on a missed instalment. Four weeks of Advance Cash at the full 4.5% weekly rate would cost far more than any bank loan. Zindigi's Visa credit card, at 49.99% a year, is cheaper than that, which says a lot.
Other lines worth knowing: shop payments by Zindigi QR and Raast QR are free, and the account statement by courier costs actual courier charges. To add money from a bank, see how to link a bank account with Zindigi.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Zindigi's schedule of charges page on 1 November 2026. Its download link points to a file named for 2025, but the PDF itself is headed "Effective from 1st October 2026 to 31st December 2026", and we used that PDF. We also read Zindigi's account page and order-a-card page the same day. The worked example is our arithmetic. We did not open an account or make a payment, so we could not check app screens, card delivery times or whether the virtual card price is Rs 500 or Rs 1,000 plus tax.
