The Zong helpline is 310 from any Zong number, 24 hours a day, and from another network or a landline you call the UAN (051) 111-222-111. Zong charges Rs 2 plus tax each time a 310 call is put through to an agent. Below is every other Zong contact, including roaming, MNP, email, live chat and the complaint form, and which one to use for which problem.

We read Zong's contact page and its roaming customer care page on 25 October 2026. Every number here comes from those pages.

Every Zong helpline number and contact in one table

Zong runs one short code helpline, 310, plus a UAN for callers on other networks or abroad. It also has a separate MNP line, a free SMS help service, an email address, live chat and an online complaint form.

Calling 310 puts you through an IVR first

When you dial 310 from a Zong SIM, you reach an automated voice menu (IVR) before any person. Zong's contact page says Rs 2 plus tax is charged for each call connected to a customer services officer. Menu options on their own are not described as charged.

So you can save the Rs 2 if the menu answers your question. Balance, packages and resources are usually in the menu. If you need a person, keep your CNIC number and your Zong number ready, because the agent will ask for details to verify the owner.

Zong also lists a free SMS route. Type "help" and send it to 310 for product information. It is slower than a call, but it costs nothing.

From another network, call the Zong UAN 051-111-222-111

The short code 310 only works from a Zong number. If your Zong SIM is lost, blocked or without signal, call (051) 111-222-111 from any other phone. Zong says normal charges for your own package apply on that call.

This is the number to use in the most urgent case: a lost or stolen SIM. Block it first, then sort out a replacement. Zong's blocking steps are set out under how to block or deactivate a Zong SIM, and the all-network version is in blocking a lost SIM and keeping your number.

Zong roaming help: dial 310 before you leave, the UAN while abroad

Zong's roaming page says subscribers can dial 310 from their Zong SIM before leaving Pakistan. While roaming, they can call 0092-51-111-222-111 from another number. Zong's roaming care page lists the same number as available 24/7.

Calls you make from abroad cost roaming or international rates. Zong also reminds roaming users to dial every number with a country code, including Pakistani numbers. If your SIM will not connect abroad, the fixes in roaming not working abroad cover the usual causes.

How to register a Zong complaint and get a record

For a complaint you want on record, use Zong's online complaint form or email customercare@zong.com.pk. Both leave a written trail. Calling 310 is faster, but ask the agent for a complaint number and write it down.

  1. Call 310 or use live chat and explain the problem.
  2. Ask for a complaint or ticket number.
  3. If it is not fixed, file it on complaint.zong.com.pk or email customercare@zong.com.pk with the ticket number.
  4. Keep screenshots of deductions or SMS messages.
  5. If Zong does not resolve it, escalate to PTA.

PTA's route is the last step, not the first. PTA expects you to have complained to the operator before. The PTA telecom complaint steps cover what to send.

Spam SMS, MNP and walk-in help have their own routes

Zong lists separate routes for three common needs. Promotional SMS can be blocked through its web block list. Spam from a number is reported to 9000. People moving to Zong call the MNP line on 0314-3334455.

  • Promotional SMS: Zong's contact page links a block list form at cbs.zong.com.pk.
  • Spam from a number: send the spammer's number followed by the spam message to 9000.
  • Switching to Zong: call 0314-3334455. The full porting steps are in porting your number to another network.
  • Walk-in help: Zong lists service centres and franchises by region on its service centres page. Zong's head office is the CMPak Complex, Kuri Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad.

If you only need a code rather than a person, many tasks need no call at all. Dialling *222# shows your balance, according to Zong's payment page, and *102# shows remaining bundle resources for 10 paisa plus tax, according to its FAQ.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 25 October 2026. We read Zong's contact page, its roaming customer care page, its international roaming page, its payment methods page and its FAQ at zong.com.pk on 25 October 2026. The helpline, the Rs 2 charge, the UAN, the MNP number, SMS help, email, live chat, the complaint form, spam routes and head office come from those pages. The email address was encoded on the page and we decoded it. We did not call the helpline, so we could not confirm waiting times or whether IVR menu options carry any charge.
