Zong's My3, My4 and My5 bundles let one parent number share a single monthly bundle with 2, 3 or 4 other Zong numbers. My3 costs Rs 4,500, My4 costs Rs 5,200 and My5 costs Rs 6,000. All three last 30 days, and the parent adds members through the My Zong app.

A family of five often pays for five separate bundles, and one of them always runs out first. A shared bundle puts the data and minutes in one pool, so the heavy user draws from the light user's share. We opened Zong's My5 page on 15 October 2026, along with the My3 and My4 pages, and every number below comes from them. Zong lists these as consumer prices and says taxes and price may vary by subscriber location.

My3, My4 and My5 differ in price, group size and monthly pool

My3 is for a group of three, My4 for four and My5 for five. The bigger the group, the bigger the pool and the lower the price for each person. Every bundle lasts a month and shares data, Zong minutes, other network minutes and SMS.

My5Rs 6,000200 GB20,0002,00020,000*7334#

Zong shows the My4 dial code as *310#. We did not dial it. The other two pages give *7332# for My3 and *7334# for My5. All three pages also accept *6464# or an SMS to 6464.

Zong My3, My4 and My5 sharing bundles with price and data for each

The price for each person falls from Rs 1,500 to Rs 1,200 as the group grows

Divide the price by the number of people in the group. My3 works out to Rs 1,500 for each person, My4 to Rs 1,300 and My5 to Rs 1,200. Each person's share of data is 40 GB in all three bundles.

That sum is our arithmetic, not a Zong figure, and it only holds if every member uses the number. Rs 6,000 for My5 is Rs 30 for each GB. My3 costs Rs 37.50 for each GB. If two people in your home are the only heavy users, My3 is enough and a bigger group is wasted money.

  • Choose My3 if you need 2 extra numbers on the plan.
  • Choose My4 if you need 3 extra numbers.
  • Choose My5 if you need 4 extra numbers, or if you want the free Zong TV for the parent.

The parent number buys the bundle and adds members in the My Zong app

Only the parent buys the bundle. Zong says members can be added or changed through the My Zong app only. The parent needs the updated app. Child numbers do not need the app to use the shared data and minutes.

  1. Update the My Zong app on the parent phone.
  2. Dial the bundle code from the parent SIM, for example *7334# for My5.
  3. Open the app and add the member numbers to the group.
  4. Ask each member to check that their own number can browse and call.
  5. Keep the confirmation message from Zong.

Zong's pages do not describe the app screens, so we cannot say which menu holds the group tool. We did not buy a bundle. The group must be Zong prepaid numbers. Postpaid, mobile broadband and internet SIM numbers cannot join as a parent or as a member.

Steps to set up a Zong sharing bundle from the parent number

Members cannot be swapped, and nobody gets a fixed share

Each subscription allows a fixed number of additions: 2 for My3, 3 for My4 and 4 for My5. After that you can remove a member but cannot add another one. The parent cannot set a limit for a member, so the pool is first come, first served.

That rule matters for a family with a teenager who streams video. One member can use most of the 200 GB before the end of the month. Zong says there is no rollover, but multiple subscriptions are allowed. If the pool runs out, data costs Rs 1 plus tax for each MB. You can check remaining Zong MBs and minutes by code to see what is left. Members who burn through data can save mobile data with a few phone settings.

Parents also get extras. On My5 the parent number gets a free month of Golootlo, Zong TV and mobile insurance cover. On My3 and My4, the parent gets Golootlo and the insurance. Zong says child numbers do not get these extras.

Zong's My3 and My5 pages disagree on holding both bundles

Zong's My5 page says you can hold My5 and My3 at the same time. The My3 page says you cannot subscribe to My3 while My5 is active. To switch, unsubscribe My5 with *7335# first, and the old resources expire.

Because the two pages conflict, we treat the stricter rule as the safe one. Do not buy My3 on top of My5 and expect the old pool to stay. Ask Zong first, or read the confirmation message after you subscribe. If a charge looks wrong, you can stop a mobile service you did not agree to and then file a PTA telecom complaint.

To stop a bundle, Zong lists *6464# or an SMS such as "unsub my5" to 6464. The bundle does not renew by itself, so you only need to unsubscribe if you want to remove the group early. Codes for other offers are in the list of ways to stop Zong packages and services.

Common questions about Zong My3, My4 and My5

How many numbers can I add to Zong My5?

You can add 4 numbers, so the group has 5 people with the parent. My3 allows 2 members and My4 allows 3. These are Zong's limits for each subscription.

Do the other members need the My Zong app?

No. Zong says child numbers do not need the app. Only the parent needs the updated app to make the group and add members.

Can I set a data limit for each member?

No. Zong says you cannot assign a quota to a member. Everyone draws from the shared pool until it is finished.

Can a postpaid number join the group?

No. Zong says postpaid, mobile broadband and internet SIM users are not eligible, either as parent or as member.

Can I buy the bundle again before the 30 days end?

Yes. Zong says multiple subscriptions are allowed, but there is no rollover. Leftover data and minutes do not carry into the next bundle.

What happens when the data finishes?

Extra data costs Rs 1 plus tax for each MB. Zong says call set up charges do not apply to the free minutes.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 15 October 2026. Prices, data, minutes, codes, group rules and the conflict between the My3 and My5 pages come from the My3, My4 and My5 pages at zong.com.pk, which we opened on 15 October 2026. Price for each person and for each GB is our arithmetic. We did not buy a bundle or open the My Zong app. Zong can change prices without notice, so confirm the price on your phone before you pay.
