How to Claim a Warranty on a Daraz Purchase in Pakistan: Brand, Seller or Like New
Claim a warranty on a Daraz order in Pakistan: brand, seller, international and Like New cover, the 14 day switch point and the proof you need. See who to call.

Short answer: To claim a warranty on a Daraz purchase, first find which kind it is on the product page under Return and Warranty: brand, seller or international. Within 14 days of delivery you can return the item to Daraz instead. After 14 days, take it to the brand's service centre or chat with the seller.
A fan stops after three months. A phone screen flickers in month five. The seller says "ask the brand". The brand says "ask Daraz". Many Daraz buyers in Pakistan go round this circle once.
The circle has a map. Daraz publishes a Warranty Policy that says who owns the problem in each case. We read it on 11 October 2026, along with the Return Policy, the Returns FAQ and the Brand Contact Details page.
Daraz sorts warranties into three kinds
Daraz lists a brand warranty from the maker, a seller warranty from the shop you bought from, and an international manufacturer or seller warranty. Daraz itself takes no responsibility for brand after sales service. Which kind you hold decides who you call.
| Warranty type | Who gives it | Where you go |
|---|---|---|
| Brand warranty | The maker or brand | The brand's authorised service centre |
| Seller warranty | The seller you bought from | The seller, through chat on the product page |
| International warranty | An overseas maker or seller | The process on the warranty card or the brand website, maybe outside Pakistan |
| Daraz Like New | Daraz, as a seller warranty | Daraz Customer Service |

Daraz adds one limit that applies to all of them: warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorised changes. Open the product page before you buy and read the Return and Warranty box. It is the only place that states the length of cover for that item.
Within 14 days you can return the item instead of claiming
If the product is within 14 days of delivery, Daraz says you may take a refund directly through Daraz without going through the manufacturer. For a repair or replacement, you still contact the service centre on the warranty card. Choose the route that gets you what you want.
A refund is often faster than a repair. A phone that is dead on arrival can be returned to Daraz in the first 14 days. But once a phone has been activated, with a SIM or a Wi-Fi connection, Daraz sends you to the seller or brand warranty. The same applies to a laptop once its brand seal is opened. Our guide to Daraz return and refund rules has the full list.

Count the days from the delivery date shown in your order, not from the day you opened the box. Write down the date today.
After 14 days the claim goes to the brand or the seller
Past 14 days, Daraz says contact the manufacturer or service centre on the warranty card, or the seller through product page chat. If the product has no warranty at all, Daraz says neither it nor the seller or maker is responsible for defects, and repairs are your cost.
- Find the warranty length on the product page or the card.
- Keep your Daraz invoice. Daraz asks for it as proof of purchase.
- Look up the brand's service centre. Use the warranty card or the brand's website.
- Send or take the product with all accessories and the packaging information.
- Ask for a job number or a receipt for the item you hand over.
- If the brand refuses, write to Daraz Customer Care with the order number and the brand's reply.
The Daraz Brand Contact Details page names more than 50 brands, from Apple, Samsung and Xiaomi to Haier, Dawlance and PEL, so you can reach their customer service. The text we could read on that page showed brand names, so open it to get the number.

No warranty card does not always mean no warranty
Daraz says some products carry an e-warranty with no paper card. Check the manuals, the invoice and the guides in the box, or the maker's website. If there is still nothing, contact Daraz Customer Care, and Daraz says it will arrange a card or facilitate a return.
That last line is useful. If a seller shipped an appliance that should have a warranty card and did not, you have a documented complaint. Ask in writing and keep the answer.
For phones, you can look up cover by IMEI. Our guide on checking phone warranty by IMEI for 7 brands shows how. A phone sold with an international warranty may need to go outside Pakistan for repair, which Daraz itself warns about.
Daraz Like New items carry a short Daraz guarantee
Daraz Like New phones have a 3 month warranty, and Like New laptops and tablets 6 months, according to the Return Policy. The Warranty Policy calls Like New cover for treadmills, smartwatches, laptops and tablets a seller warranty. Contact Daraz Customer Service for returns and refunds on them.
Daraz describes Like New items as fully functional with possible minor cosmetic damage. It says they must be protected from water or liquid damage, overheating from overuse, overcharging, dust and falls, and recommends the original charger. It also says it may accept or reject warranty claims case by case and may change the terms at any time without notice.
So treat a Like New phone like a used phone with a short, conditional promise. Check the battery and the screen on day one. Take photos and a short video. If something fails inside the 3 or 6 months, claim at once and in writing.
Common questions
How do I know if my Daraz product has a warranty?
Check the Return and Warranty section on the product page. It states the type and length. The warranty card in the box should match it.
Does Daraz repair my product under warranty?
No. Daraz says it takes no responsibility for after sales service from brands. You go to the brand's service centre or the seller.
What if I did not get a warranty card?
Look for an e-warranty in the box or on the brand site. If you find none, ask Daraz Customer Care to arrange a card or a return.
Do I pay for repairs under warranty?
No, if the warranty is valid and you have not broken its terms. If it expired or was breached, you pay the cost assessed by the maker.
What proof does the service centre need?
Daraz advises bringing all accessories, the packaging information and the Daraz invoice as proof of purchase.
Can I claim a warranty after the 14 day return window?
Yes, if the product has a warranty. After 14 days the claim goes to the brand service centre or the seller, not to Daraz.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked on Sunday 11 October 2026. We read the Daraz Pakistan Warranty Policy, the Return Policy, the Returns and Refunds FAQ and the Brand Contact Details page. The pages carry no date and Daraz can change them. We did not make a claim, and we do not know how each brand's service centre treats Daraz purchases.
