Book a Faisal Movers ticket three ways

Faisal Movers sells tickets on its website, over the phone and at terminal counters. Its own help page says the phone line and the mobile number both take seat reservations. The website also has its own sign-in, and its sign-up form asks for a name and an email address.

Faisal Movers terminals and phone numbers

Faisal Movers lists six city offices on its contact page. Each city has its own UAN, all ending in 111-22-44-88 behind the local area code. The Lahore terminal is on Band Road at Kot Kamboh, and the Karachi one is at Sohrab Goth.

Two things on the company's site are worth knowing. The Faisalabad office is listed under the name Kohistan Express, at Railway Colony. And the separate city pages for Karachi and Islamabad show a Lahore address, Band Road, Kot Kamboh, which looks like a template error. Trust the contact page list above.

The booking system also shows two Lahore stops, Lahore Band Road and Lahore Thokar, and a Rawalpindi to Islamabad G-9 stop. It gives no address for them. Call the city UAN to confirm where to board. Other companies' Lahore bus terminals are spread across the city, so do not assume Faisal Movers leaves from the Daewoo side.

For travel on 30 September 2026, the booking system showed Lahore to Rawalpindi at Rs 2,500 economy and Rs 3,700 business. Lahore to Karachi was Rs 8,030 economy and Rs 10,270 business. We read these on 29 September.

Some departures show a single fare instead of two classes. On Lahore to Rawalpindi, five buses showed only "Economy Class, Rs 3,820". On Lahore to Karachi, two showed Rs 11,410. The system does not say why these cost more, so check the bus type before you pick one.

Faisal Movers bus classes and routes

Faisal Movers names four kinds of service: Economy, Executive, Business and a Sleeper bus on some long routes. The booking results we saw showed only Economy and Business. Main routes run from Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi.

• Economy: basic seats with air conditioning, the cheapest fare.
• Executive: reclining seats and screens, as the company describes it.
• Business: wider seats, footrests, meals and WiFi, according to the company.
• Sleeper: berths, on selected long routes only.

The company lists Lahore to Islamabad, Karachi, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Bahawalpur and Gilgit. From Islamabad it lists Karachi, Murree, Skardu, Multan, Abbottabad and Sialkot. From Karachi it lists Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Sukkur and Hyderabad. The booking list has more than 200 place names, so smaller towns are covered too.

Faisal Movers luggage, cancellation and arrival rules

Faisal Movers allows 30 kg of luggage per ticket. Its help page says a cancellation must be made at least three to six hours before departure, and charges may apply. It asks passengers to reach the terminal 30 to 45 minutes early.

• Cancellation: three to six hours before departure, with charges that may apply. The page does not give the amount.
• Change of time: call the UAN or 0311-1224488, or go to the terminal.

The cancellation wording is vague. "Three to six hours" is a range, not a rule, and no charge is stated. So ask the counter or the helpline what you will lose before you cancel, and get the answer in an SMS if you can.
