SSGC runs 23 Customer Facilitation Centres: 12 in Karachi, 4 in Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas, 1 in Nawabshah, 2 in Sukkur, 1 in Larkana and 3 in Quetta. Find yours in the table below and call it before you go, because SSGC does not list opening hours or services on that page. Each centre has a landline, and the main helpline for all of them is 1199.

Gas problems do not always end on a helpline. A wrong bill, a name change or a stuck application sometimes needs a person with your papers in front of them. We read SSGC's Customer Facilitation Centres page on 22 October 2026 and copied the addresses and numbers exactly as listed.

SSGC lists 23 Customer Facilitation Centres across Sindh and Quetta

The list groups the centres by region: Karachi 12, Hyderabad 4 (including Mirpurkhas), Nawabshah 1, Sukkur 2, Larkana 1 and Quetta 3. Some are regional offices and some are city counters. The page gives an address and one or two phone numbers for each.

The Karachi centres are the busiest. Pick the one nearest to the address on your bill, since your account belongs to a zone. If you are unsure which zone you are in, the zone office numbers are in our guide to SSGC zone office and emergency numbers.

SSGC Customer Facilitation Centres by city

The Hub centre's number is printed as "364288-1" on SSGC's page, with no area code. We did not call it. SSGC's important numbers page lists a Hub office as 0853-364288, so try that if the first does not connect.

The page does not list hours or services, so call first

SSGC's page names the centres and gives addresses and phones, and nothing else. It says nothing about opening hours, which counters handle which request, or what to bring. We could not confirm any of that, so treat a visit as something to check by phone.

That gap is the main thing to know. Go early on a weekday, not on a Friday afternoon or a public holiday, and expect to wait. Those are our practical suggestions, not SSGC rules.

Take your bill, CNIC and meter details, and ask for a receipt

Bring the latest gas bill, your original CNIC with a photocopy, and the meter number. If you rent, bring the rent agreement and a letter from the owner. Ask for a written receipt or complaint number for anything you hand in.

  1. Pick the centre closest to the address on your bill.
  2. Call it and ask the opening hours and the documents needed.
  3. Carry your latest bill, CNIC and its photocopy, and the meter number.
  4. State your request clearly and ask which desk handles it.
  5. Get a receipt or complaint number and note the date and the officer's name.
Steps to visit an SSGC Customer Facilitation Centre

If your request is about a new connection, our guide to the SSGC RLNG domestic connection lists the fee and the documents SSGC asks for. For a name or CNIC change on an existing account, see how to update your CNIC on a gas account.

Use the website or 1199 for what does not need a visit

SSGC's site offers online bill viewing, e-bill registration, a CNIC update form, a domestic bill calculator, connection status checks and a complaint form. Use those first. A visit is for what the website cannot settle.

SSGC helpline 1199 for all regions

The helpline for Karachi, Hyderabad, Larkana, Nawabshah and Quetta is 1199, and SSGC also lists WhatsApp numbers 0330-3999179 and 0330-3999178 on its important numbers page. The form is explained in how to file an SSGC complaint online.

Common questions about SSGC facilitation centres

How many SSGC facilitation centres are there?

SSGC lists 23: 12 in Karachi, 4 in Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas, and 7 across Nawabshah, Sukkur, Larkana and Quetta.

What are the opening hours?

SSGC's page does not say. Call the centre you plan to visit and ask.

Is there a facilitation centre in Lahore or Islamabad?

No. SSGC serves Sindh and parts of Balochistan. For Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa the supplier is SNGPL, whose helpline is also 1199.

Which centre is nearest to Gulshan-e-Iqbal or Johar?

The page lists Gulistan-e-Jauhar on University Road at 021-99333816. Call to confirm whether it serves your zone.

Can I fix a wrong bill at the centre?

You can raise it there. SSGC's page does not state what each centre can decide, so ask for a complaint number and the officer's name.

Do I need an appointment?

SSGC does not mention appointments. Ask when you phone.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 22 October 2026. The centre names, addresses and phone numbers come from SSGC's Customer Facilitation Centres page at ssgc.com.pk, which we read on that date. The 1199 helpline and WhatsApp numbers come from SSGC's important numbers page, read the same day. We did not call any centre or visit one, and the page gave no hours or services. The shorter table drops street details, so use the full address on SSGC's page when you travel.
