To send money from JazzCash to a bank account, open the app, tap Money Transfer, choose Bank Transfer (IBFT), pick the bank, enter the account number or IBAN and the amount, then confirm with your MPIN. The first Rs 25,000 a month is free; after that each transfer costs 0.1 per cent or Rs 200, whichever is lower. Raast transfers to a bank are free at any amount.

That covers HBL, Meezan, UBL, MCB, Allied, NBP and every other bank on the 1LINK network, plus any account linked to a Raast ID. We read JazzCash's money transfer page and its schedule of charges for 1 October to 31 December 2026 on 31 October 2026. Below are both routes, the full fee table, the limits that stop a transfer, and what to do when money leaves your wallet but never reaches the bank.

Bank Transfer (IBFT) in the JazzCash app takes seven steps

IBFT means Inter Bank Funds Transfer, the 1LINK system that moves money between banks. In JazzCash you tap Money Transfer, select Bank Transfer (IBFT), choose or add the beneficiary, enter the amount, review, and confirm with your 4-digit MPIN. JazzCash lists these steps itself.

  1. Open the JazzCash app and tap Money Transfer.
  2. Select Bank Transfer (IBFT).
  3. Choose a saved beneficiary or add a new bank account.
  4. Pick the bank and type the account number or the 24-character IBAN.
  5. Enter the transfer amount.
  6. Review the details, especially the account title.
  7. Enter your 4-digit MPIN. The transfer is done.

Step six is the one that saves people. When you enter an account number, JazzCash fetches the account title from the receiving bank. If the name is wrong, stop. The schedule even lists a Rs 1.55 "title fetch" charge, which shows how the check works: the name comes from the other bank, not from JazzCash.

Steps to send money from JazzCash to a bank account by IBFT in Pakistan

Raast sends to a bank for free using a mobile number

JazzCash calls Raast transfers instant and free to any Raast-enabled bank account or wallet. Choose RAAST Transfer, enter the receiver's mobile number or Raast ID, enter the amount and confirm with your MPIN. No monthly free allowance is used up.

Raast is the State Bank's national instant payment system. A Raast ID is a mobile number linked to one bank account. If the person you are paying has set one up, Raast is the better choice for any transfer over the free Rs 25,000, because IBFT starts charging after that and Raast does not.

Raast also accepts an IBAN, so a receiver without a Raast ID can still be paid. Ask for the IBAN, which is printed on their cheque book or shown in their banking app. A receiver who wants to set up an ID can follow our page on creating a Raast ID for a mobile number.

JazzCash charges nothing on the first Rs 25,000 a month

IBFT from a JazzCash wallet is free up to an aggregate Rs 25,000 a month. Each transfer after that costs 0.1 per cent of the amount or Rs 200, whichever is lower. A Rs 1.55 processing fee and Rs 1 app fee also apply. Money coming into JazzCash from a bank is free.

Raast transferFree

Bank transfer at an agent, from CNIC (IBFT OTC)Rs 35 to Rs 400 by slab, tax included

The schedule prints fees excluding tax unless it says otherwise, so the final deduction can be slightly higher. Some worked examples from those rates. A Rs 10,000 transfer early in the month is free apart from the small fixed fees. A Rs 60,000 transfer after the free allowance is gone costs Rs 60. Anything above Rs 200,000 costs the Rs 200 cap. Those sums are ours.

The over-the-counter row is for someone without a JazzCash account who hands cash to an agent. That route costs Rs 35 for up to Rs 1,000 and Rs 400 for Rs 40,001 to Rs 50,000. Sending from your own wallet is far cheaper. Every other JazzCash fee is in our list of JazzCash and Easypaisa charges for 2026.

Your account level caps how much you can send

JazzCash publishes a limits table by account type. A Level 1 or basic account can send Rs 100,000 a day and Rs 300,000 a month. An Asaan Digital Account can send Rs 1,000,000 a day and Rs 1,000,000 a month. These are debit limits, so they cap your bank transfers.

JazzCash accountDaily debitMonthly debitMaximum balance
Level 1 or BasicRs 100,000Rs 300,000Rs 3,000,000
Asaan Digital AccountRs 1,000,000Rs 1,000,000Rs 3,000,000
Freelance Digital AccountRs 750,000Rs 1,400,000Rs 3,000,000
Asaan Digital Remittance AccountRs 1,000,000Rs 3,000,000Rs 3,000,000
Digital AccountRs 1,000,000Rs 3,500,000Rs 5,000,000

The table sits in the international remittance section of JazzCash's own site. It prints a yearly figure of Rs 300,000 for the basic account next to a Rs 3,000,000 balance cap, which do not sit well together, so check the limit your own app shows. Credit limits for money coming in are in our page on JazzCash wallet limits by account, and the upgrade steps are in our page on increasing JazzCash transaction limits.

Watch the 2-hour hold too. JazzCash's terms say that after a new account, a new device, an email change or an MPIN change, all debit transactions stop for 2 hours under State Bank security rules. A transfer tried in that window simply fails.

A failed bank transfer reverses on its own within 24 hours

JazzCash says a failed transfer goes back to your wallet automatically. If it has not come back within 24 hours, call 051-111-124-444, available around the clock. Have the transaction ID, the amount and the receiving bank ready before you call.

  1. Ask the receiver to check their bank statement, not just SMS alerts.
  2. Check your JazzCash history for the status of the transfer.
  3. Wait 24 hours for an automatic reversal.
  4. Call 4444 from a Jazz number or 051-111-124-444 from any phone.
  5. If JazzCash does not resolve it, complain to the State Bank through its Sunwai portal.

Do not send the money again while the first transfer is stuck. If both go through, you then need the receiver to return one. Who handles which part of a failed interbank payment is explained in our page on what 1LINK does and who fixes a failed payment.

Common questions

Is JazzCash to bank transfer free?

Yes, for the first Rs 25,000 you send to banks in a month. After that JazzCash charges 0.1 per cent or Rs 200 per transfer, whichever is lower. Raast transfers are free at any amount.

Can I send money from JazzCash to Meezan, HBL or UBL?

Yes. IBFT reaches every bank on the 1LINK network, which includes all the large banks. Pick the bank from the list in Bank Transfer and enter the account number or IBAN.

How long does JazzCash to bank transfer take?

IBFT and Raast are both designed to be instant. If the money has not reached the bank and is not back in your wallet within 24 hours, call JazzCash on 051-111-124-444.

Can I transfer from JazzCash to a bank without the app?

JazzCash says any account holder can pay through the app or USSD, and its USSD menu is *786# on a Jazz SIM. Menu numbers change, so follow the prompts on screen rather than a shortcut code from a website.

What is the maximum I can send from JazzCash to a bank in one day?

It depends on your account. JazzCash's table gives a basic Level 1 account Rs 100,000 a day and an Asaan Digital or Digital Account Rs 1,000,000 a day. Your own limit shows in the app.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read the JazzCash money transfer page, the JazzCash schedule of charges for 1 October to 31 December 2026 (Inst Circular/42/2026), JazzCash's women account page and its terms and conditions on 31 October 2026. We did not make a test transfer, so we could not confirm the final tax-inclusive fee on a given amount or the daily rupee limit for each account level.
