To send money from JazzCash to Easypaisa, open the JazzCash app, tap Money Transfer, choose Other Wallets, pick Easypaisa, enter the number and amount, then confirm with your 4-digit MPIN. Up to Rs 25,000 a month of transfers to other banks and wallets is free, and a Raast transfer to the receiver's mobile number costs nothing at all. The same works in reverse from the Easypaisa app through Bank Transfer or Raast.

Most families now hold one of each wallet, so this is one of the most common transfers in Pakistan. We read the JazzCash and Easypaisa schedules of charges for October to December 2026 and both companies' own transfer instructions on 31 October 2026.

JazzCash to Easypaisa takes six taps in the JazzCash app

The JazzCash app sends money to Easypaisa under Money Transfer, then Other Wallets. You choose the receiving wallet, type the Easypaisa number and amount, check the details and enter your MPIN. JazzCash lists these exact steps on its own money transfer page.

  1. Open the JazzCash app and tap Money Transfer.
  2. Select Other Wallets.
  3. Choose the recipient wallet, which here is Easypaisa.
  4. Enter the recipient's Easypaisa number and the amount.
  5. Review the transaction details. Check the account title the app shows.
  6. Enter your 4-digit MPIN to send.

The title check matters more than any other step. An Easypaisa account number is the owner's mobile number, so one wrong digit sends money to a stranger. If the name on screen is not the person you meant, go back. Getting money back after a wrong transfer is slow, and the steps for that sit in our page on money sent to the wrong JazzCash or Easypaisa number.

Steps to send money from the JazzCash app to an Easypaisa account in Pakistan

Raast is the free route if the receiver has a Raast ID

JazzCash describes Raast transfers as instant and free. If the Easypaisa holder has linked a Raast ID, which is their mobile number, you can choose Raast Transfer in JazzCash, type that number, and pay no fee whatever amount you send within your limit.

The steps are the same shape. Open Money Transfer, select RAAST Transfer, enter the recipient's mobile number or Raast ID, enter the amount, review, then confirm with your MPIN. A Raast ID points to one account only, so if the receiver linked their number to a bank instead, the money lands there. Ask first, or see our page on creating a Raast ID.

Charges depend on the route and your monthly total

JazzCash charges nothing on the first Rs 25,000 a month sent to other banks and wallets. After that each transfer costs 0.1 per cent or Rs 200, whichever is lower. A Rs 1.55 processing fee and a Rs 1 app fee also appear in the schedule. Raast transfers are free.

RouteJazzCash fee (Q4 2026)Easypaisa fee (Q4 2026)
Wallet to other wallet or bank, first Rs 25,000 a monthFreeFree
Above Rs 25,000 in a month0.1% or Rs 200, lower one0.1% or Rs 200, lower one
Processing fee per interbank transferRs 1.55 (minimum)Not printed in the Q4 table
App or USSD platform feeRs 1 per transactionRs 1 per USSD transaction
Raast transferFreeFree
Money coming in from another bank or walletFreeFree

Here is how it works in practice. Say you have already sent Rs 25,000 this month and now send Rs 50,000. The 0.1 per cent fee is Rs 50, which is lower than Rs 200, so Rs 50 applies, plus the small processing fee. A Rs 300,000 transfer would hit the Rs 200 cap. Those sums are our arithmetic from the published rates.

JazzCash's schedule shows fees "excluding tax unless otherwise mentioned", and Easypaisa's notes say provincial sales tax, FED and income tax are recovered in addition. So the final deduction can be a few rupees above the table. The app shows the full amount before you enter your MPIN. Every other fee for both wallets is listed in our breakdown of JazzCash and Easypaisa charges in 2026.

Easypaisa to JazzCash works through Bank Transfer or Raast

From Easypaisa, tap Bank Transfer, choose the receiving institution, enter the JazzCash number as the account number, pick a purpose, enter the amount and tap Send now. Or tap Raast and enter the receiver's Raast ID. Easypaisa's own FAQ calls Raast free of cost.

  1. Log in to the Easypaisa app.
  2. Tap Bank Transfer on the home screen.
  3. Choose the receiving bank. JazzCash accounts are held by Mobilink Microfinance Bank.
  4. Enter the receiver's JazzCash number as the account number.
  5. Select the purpose of payment and enter the amount.
  6. Tap Next, check the title, then tap Send now.

Easypaisa's Q4 schedule lists the same pattern as JazzCash: transfers out are free up to Rs 25,000 a month, then 0.1 per cent or Rs 200, whichever is lower. Easypaisa's FAQ page still prints an older table that charges 1 to 2 per cent after five transfers. The schedule of charges is the newer document and the one the bank must follow, so trust it.

Limits, not fees, stop most transfers

Each account level has its own cap. JazzCash's published table lets a basic Level 1 account send Rs 100,000 a day and Rs 300,000 a month, and an Asaan Digital Account Rs 1,000,000 a day. Easypaisa prints no rupee figures and says only that limits rise when you verify with fingerprints.

The receiver's limit counts too. If their account is unverified, a large transfer bounces even when you have the balance. Easypaisa's error says you have exceeded your daily, monthly or yearly limit and should upgrade. JazzCash says only that limits vary by KYC tier, which means your verification level.

One more block catches people every week. After you register a new device, change your MPIN or change your email, JazzCash stops all debit transactions for 2 hours. This is a State Bank security rule in force since 30 September 2024, set out in JazzCash's terms. Wait out the two hours rather than calling the helpline.

If the money leaves JazzCash but does not reach Easypaisa

JazzCash says a failed transfer is reversed to your wallet automatically. If it is not back within 24 hours, call 051-111-124-444, which runs 24 hours a day. Keep the transaction ID from the SMS and do not send the amount again while the first one is pending.

Ask the receiver to check their Easypaisa history first. Sometimes the money arrived and the SMS was late. If it truly vanished, complain to the sending wallet, since that is where the transaction started. The full complaint path, including the State Bank route, is in our page on a JazzCash transfer that failed after money was deducted.

Common questions

Is JazzCash to Easypaisa transfer free?

Yes, up to Rs 25,000 a month in total to other banks and wallets. Above that, JazzCash charges 0.1 per cent or Rs 200, whichever is lower, plus small processing and platform fees. A Raast transfer is free at any amount within your limit.

How long does a JazzCash to Easypaisa transfer take?

It is normally instant. Raast is built to settle in real time. If money has left your wallet and not arrived, JazzCash says a failed transfer reverses automatically, and you should call if it is not back within 24 hours.

Can I send money from JazzCash to Easypaisa without the app?

JazzCash's USSD menu on *786# works for Jazz SIMs, and JazzCash says any account holder can pay through the app or USSD. The no-app steps for sending money are in our JazzCash transfer without the app page.

What do I enter as the Easypaisa account number?

The receiver's mobile number. Easypaisa says the mobile account number is the same as the phone number the account was opened on. Some forms also accept the 24-character IBAN, which the holder can copy from the app.

Why does the transfer fail even though I have the balance?

Usually a limit. Either you or the receiver has hit a daily or monthly cap for the account level, or your account is inside the 2-hour hold after a new device or MPIN change. Upgrading with biometrics raises the cap.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read the JazzCash money transfer page, the JazzCash schedule of charges for 1 October to 31 December 2026 (Mobilink Microfinance Bank Inst Circular/42/2026), JazzCash's terms and conditions, the Easypaisa FAQ and Easypaisa's Schedule of Bank Charges for October to December 2026 on 31 October 2026. We did not make a test transfer, so we could not confirm the exact names on either app's bank list or the final tax-inclusive fee on a given amount. Easypaisa's FAQ and its schedule disagree on transfer fees; we follow the schedule.
