Leather Jacket Price in Pakistan 2026: Faux Leather From Rs 12,990 at Outfitters and Breakout, Plus 5 Real Leather Checks

A leather jacket from a Pakistani high street brand costs Rs 12,990 to Rs 16,990 this winter, and almost every one is faux leather. Outfitters lists men's faux leather jackets from Rs 13,990 to Rs 16,990 and women's from Rs 12,990 to Rs 15,990. Breakout's new faux leather jackets cost Rs 12,999 to Rs 13,999. We read every price on the brand's own website on 6 November 2026.

The cheapest new piece we found was a boys' embroidered faux leather jacket at Outfitters for Rs 10,990. Last season's stock is cheaper still: Breakout has a men's faux leather jacket at Rs 6,999, down from Rs 13,999. Leather jacket prices at Pakistani brands

On 6 November 2026, Outfitters had 22 faux leather jackets in stock for men, women and boys, priced from Rs 10,990 to Rs 16,990. Breakout had seven, from Rs 6,999 on sale to Rs 13,999. None of the new jackets at either brand was on sale.

Charcoal lists PU leather jackets at Rs 9,997.50, half of Rs 19,995, but every size was out of stock when we checked. Engine and Edenrobe had no leather jackets for adults on their sites that day.

The cheapest new men's faux leather jacket at Outfitters. It has a relaxed fit with dropped shoulders, so most men can stay with their usual size.

A softer suede look in brown or olive. Suede marks more easily than smooth PU, so keep it away from rain.

Faux leather, PU and real leather explained

Faux leather is a man made material that looks like leather. Most of it is PU, short for polyurethane, a plastic coating on a fabric backing. Breakout's product pages say "100% PU leather" or "100% faux leather". Charcoal's say "premium PU (faux leather)". Real leather is animal hide.

The difference matters for three reasons. Price, because real leather jackets usually cost much more. Life, because a PU coating can crack and peel after a few winters, while real leather softens with age. Care, because PU can often be washed at home and real leather cannot.

Outfitters' care line on its faux leather jackets says machine wash up to 30C on a gentle cycle, do not tumble dry and do not dry clean. Follow the label on your own jacket, because rules differ by brand. Our care label symbols chart explains the icons.

How to check real leather before you pay

Smell it, look at a cut edge, press the surface and read the label. Real leather has a natural smell, a rough fibrous edge and uneven creases when pressed. Faux leather has a smooth, even surface, a fabric backing at the edge and often a plastic smell.

This matters most in markets, where sellers may call any jacket "pure leather". Use these five checks:

1. Read the label. "Genuine leather" or "100% leather" is a claim the seller must stand by. "PU", "PVC", "vegan leather" and "faux leather" all mean man made.
2. Look at the edge. Ask to see a seam allowance or the inside of a pocket. Real leather has a suede-like, fibrous edge. Faux leather shows a woven or knitted fabric layer under a coating.
3. Press with a thumb. Real leather wrinkles in small, uneven lines. Faux leather tends to dent evenly or not at all.
4. Check the pores. Real hide has small, irregular pores. A perfectly repeating pattern points to a print.
5. Smell it. Real leather smells earthy. A strong chemical smell suggests PU or PVC.

Avoid the old "burn test" on a jacket you have not bought. It damages the item and a seller can refuse. If a seller cannot answer what the jacket is made of, treat it as faux and pay a faux price.

Which jacket to buy on three budgets

Under Rs 8,000, buy last season's stock on sale. Between Rs 10,000 and Rs 14,000, a new faux leather bomber from Breakout or Outfitters. Above Rs 15,000, an embroidered or long faux leather jacket. Pick black or dark brown so it goes with everything.

• Under Rs 8,000: Breakout's older men's faux leather jacket at Rs 6,999, or Diners' navy leather jacket at Rs 6,155. Both are older stock, so sizes may be limited.
• Rs 10,000 to Rs 14,000: Breakout faux suede jacket (Rs 12,999), Breakout or Outfitters bombers (Rs 12,999 to Rs 13,999), or an Outfitters women's jacket from Rs 12,990.
• Above Rs 15,000: Outfitters embroidered faux leather jackets at Rs 15,990, or its plain men's jackets at Rs 16,490 and Rs 16,990.

A faux leather jacket blocks wind well but holds less heat than a puffer. In Islamabad, Peshawar or Quetta, wear a sweater or hoodie under it, and add a scarf from our winter accessories price list.

Buy online without a wrong fit

Measure your chest and shoulders over a sweater, check the brand's size chart and the exchange rules before you order. Jackets are cut in different fits: Outfitters labels its bombers "relaxed" with drop shoulders, and its biker jackets "regular".

A relaxed fit already has extra room, so many people can stay with their usual size. A regular or slim biker jacket is closer to the body, so size up if you plan to layer. Keep the tags on until you are sure. Exchange days differ by brand, and our exchange policy list has them.
