LESCO Complaint Number: 118, SMS 8118, Complaint Cell and All 10 Customer Service Centres (2026 List)
LESCO complaint number is 118, or SMS 8118. Get the Complaint Cell lines, online CCMS steps, 10 customer centre numbers and how to escalate a stuck complaint.

The LESCO complaint number is 118, and you can also send a complaint by SMS to 8118. For power failures, LESCO's own website lists a separate Complaint Cell on 0320-0520888, 042-111000118, 042-99205461 and 042-99205464. Below are all of LESCO's complaint routes, its ten customer service centres with phone numbers, and how to escalate when nothing happens.
LESCO, the Lahore Electric Supply Company, serves Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib. We read its complaint page and customer centre list on 2 November 2026. A complaint that goes in with your 14 digit reference number and gets a ticket number is a complaint you can chase. One shouted at a lineman on the street is not.
LESCO takes complaints on 118, SMS 8118, an app, email and the web
LESCO's complaint page lists five channels: the 118 call centre, SMS to 8118, the Power Smart mobile app, email to ccms@pitc.com.pk and PITC's CCMS web portal. Every route feeds the same complaint system, so pick the one that works fastest for you.
| Channel | Number or address | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Call centre | 118 | Outages, faults, anything urgent |
| SMS | 8118 | When 118 is busy |
| Power failure Complaint Cell | 0320-0520888, 042-111000118, 042-99205461, 042-99205464 | Area outages that 118 has not fixed |
| Power Smart app | Android and iPhone | Complaints with a ticket on your phone |
| ccms@pitc.com.pk | Billing disputes with documents | |
| Web portal | ccms.pitc.com.pk | Any complaint, tracked by ticket |
LESCO writes the Complaint Cell landlines as 99205461 and 99205464. They are Lahore numbers, so dial 042 first from a mobile.

How to register a LESCO complaint online
The quickest written route is PITC's CCMS portal. Search by your 14 digit reference number or the 12 digit mobile number linked to your account, pick the account, then describe the problem. You get a ticket number to track it.
- Open ccms.pitc.com.pk/complaint.
- Enter your 14 digit reference number from the bill, or your registered mobile number.
- Select your account when it appears, and check the name and address.
- Choose the complaint type and write two or three plain sentences.
- Save the ticket number, and use it to track the complaint status.
If your mobile number is not linked to the account, the search by mobile will fail. Use the reference number instead, or update the mobile number on your electricity account first so alerts reach you.

LESCO customer service centres and their phone numbers
LESCO lists ten customer service centres: the central one at its Queens Road head office, six more in Lahore, and one each in Okara, Sheikhupura and Kasur. Take your bill and CNIC for billing, meter or name change work.
| Centre | Address | Phone |
|---|---|---|
| Central, LESCO HQ | 22-A Queens Road, Lahore | 042-99205248 |
| Ichhra | Shah Jamal Signal, Ferozepur Road, Lahore | 042-3429118 |
| Central Circle | Near Saidpur Grid, Multan Road, Lahore | 042-99260166 |
| Northern Circle | Ravi Road, Lahore | 042-99205076 |
| Southern Circle | Ghazi Road, Defence, Lahore | 042-99264305 |
| Eastern Circle | WAPDA Road, Shalamar Town, Lahore | 042-99250044 |
| Township | Township Grid, Chandni Chowk, Lahore | 042-99262201 |
| Okara | Baynazir Road, 132 kV Grid, Okara | 044-2527440-1 |
| Sheikhupura | LESCO Complex near Regal Chowk, Sargodha Road | 056-9200204-05 |
| Kasur | WAPDA Colony, Khem Karan Road, Kasur | 049-9239166 |

The Ichhra number appears on LESCO's page with only seven digits after 042. It may be missing a digit, so if it does not connect, use the head office line instead.
LESCO also runs mobile customer service vans in Sheikhupura circle, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, on a weekly rota of towns such as Narang, Farooqabad, Muridke and Sheikhupura city. The rota is on LESCO's customer centres page.
Match the problem to the right LESCO route
Call 118 for anything urgent. Use the CCMS portal, the app or email for billing and meter disputes, because they leave a record. Visit a service centre when you need to hand in papers or sign something.
- Area dark for hours: check your feeder on the load shedding schedule by reference number, then call 118 and the Complaint Cell.
- Only your house dark: call 118 for a fuse or service wire fault.
- Overbilling or a wrong reading: file online, attach a meter photo, then visit your subdivision.
- Electricity theft: LESCO has a separate theft reporting form on its website.
- Your own LESCO subdivision: the officer numbers are in the list of LESCO SDO and XEN mobile numbers.
Escalate a LESCO complaint that is not resolved
LESCO's page names one escalation point: the Head of Quality and Assurance at qaccms@pitc.com.pk. Send your ticket number, reference number and what has gone wrong. After that, NEPRA takes complaints against any electricity company.
PITC says complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and it works to resolve them within 14 days, with notice if a case needs longer. NEPRA's app is the fastest outside route, and the steps are in registering an urgent complaint on the NEPRA app. For billing disputes in Punjab, the Electric Inspector is another option.
Never pay anyone's personal JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account for a meter, a bill adjustment or a reconnection. PITC's complaint portal warns that scammers ask for exactly these transfers, and says to report such calls on 118.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read LESCO's complaints page, its customer services centres page and its mobile van schedule on 2 November 2026. The Complaint Cell numbers are from the Quick Links box on every LESCO page. The 24 hour and 14 day times, and the scam warning, are from PITC's CCMS home page. We did not call any number, so we could not confirm the seven digit Ichhra line.
