LESCO e-Kachehri: Find Your Circle's Facebook Page and Take a Stuck Complaint to Senior Officers

LESCO holds a monthly e-Kachehri on Facebook for the CEO and each of its 8 circles. Find your circle page by division, what to post, when to call 118 instead.

LESCO holds an open e-Kachehri every month on Facebook, where you can put an electricity complaint straight to the chief executive or your circle's manager. There are nine official pages: "LESCO Connect" for the CEO, and one for each of LESCO's eight operation circles. Pick the page for your division, from the list below, and post or join the live session with your 14-digit reference number.

We read LESCO's e-Kachehri page and its news section on 5 November 2026. Below: which page covers your area, how to take part, what to have ready, and when the e-Kachehri is a better route than the 118 helpline.

Nine LESCO Facebook pages cover all five districts

LESCO's e-Kachehri page lists one Facebook page for the chief executive and one for each circle manager. A circle is a group of divisions run by a Manager (Operation). The CEO's page covers every LESCO consumer in Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura and Nankana districts.

Anyone can make a Facebook page with a similar name. Open the circle page from the link on LESCO's own e-Kachehri page, not from a search result, so you reach the real one.

LESCO e-Kachehri Facebook pages for each circle and the divisions they cover

Find your division on your bill first

Your division and sub division are printed on your LESCO bill, near the reference number. Match that name to the table above. Do not go by your neighbourhood name, because one area can fall in a division with a different name.

For example, a house in Gulberg is in Southern circle, but a house in Johar Town is in Central circle. A consumer in Muridke goes to the Sheikhupura circle page, not the Lahore ones.

Take part in an e-Kachehri in five steps

LESCO says it holds e-Kachehris every month, at CEO level and at Manager (Operation) level, so consumers can raise problems from home. The date is posted on the page before each session.

  1. Open LESCO's e-Kachehri page on lesco.gov.pk and follow the link for your circle's Facebook page.
  2. Follow the page so you see the session notice when it is posted.
  3. When the session is live, write your complaint in the comments. Keep it short: what is wrong, since when, and what you have already tried.
  4. Give your 14-digit reference number, sub division and the complaint or CCMS ticket number if you have one. Do not post your CNIC or phone number publicly.
  5. Note what the officer replies, and follow it up with the sub division if nothing happens within the time given.
Steps to raise a complaint at a LESCO e-Kachehri on Facebook

Use e-Kachehri for problems the helpline did not fix

The e-Kachehri is not the fastest route for a simple fault. A tripped line or a dead transformer should go to 118 first, because a crew is sent from there. The e-Kachehri works best when a complaint has been stuck for days or weeks.

ProblemBest first route
Power off in your street118 or SMS 8118
Wrong or inflated billSub division revenue office, then e-Kachehri
New connection delayed for weekse-Kachehri at circle level
Faulty meter not changedSDO, then e-Kachehri
Same complaint closed but not fixede-Kachehri with the CCMS number

For the helpline and the other numbers, see our page on the LESCO complaint numbers. For an officer in your area, use our list of LESCO SDO and XEN numbers. To follow a ticket, see how to check a CCMS complaint.

The latest CEO session was on 29 October 2026

LESCO's news page reports that its chief executive, Engr. Muhammad Ramzan Butt, chaired an e-Kachehri by video link at LESCO headquarters on 29 October 2026. All superintending engineers, executive engineers and deputy commercial managers joined online.

LESCO said all 196 complaints received at the previous month's e-Kachehri had been resolved. That figure is LESCO's own, and we have not checked it independently. The next session date had not been posted when we looked on 5 November.

If LESCO does not solve your problem, you can take a billing or service complaint to NEPRA, the power regulator, or to the Wafaqi Mohtasib. Our Wafaqi Mohtasib complaint guide explains that route.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 5 November 2026. We read the LESCO PMDU e-Kachehri page, which lists each office, its Facebook page and the divisions it covers, and the LESCO news item of 29 October 2026 on the CEO's e-Kachehri. We did not attend a session. The monthly schedule is as LESCO states it; a session can be moved without notice, so check your circle's page.
