MEPCO Complaint Number: 118, 0800-63726 and All 9 Circle Office Numbers in South Punjab (2026 List)
MEPCO complaint number is 118, with 0800-63726 and Multan office lines 061-9220313 as backups. Get all 9 circle numbers, billing desks and the online route.

The MEPCO complaint number is 118, and when that line is busy MEPCO's own FAQ says to dial 0800-63726 or call its Multan complaint office on 061-9220313, 061-9220314 or 061-9220317. MEPCO also publishes a support mobile, 0319-9757789, and the email rcc@mepco.com.pk.
Those numbers reach the head office. For a fault on your street, the local office often moves faster. Below are the numbers for all 9 MEPCO circles, the customer service desks, the computer centres that correct bills, and what to do when a complaint goes nowhere. We read MEPCO's contact page, its FAQ and its telephone directory on 27 October 2026.
MEPCO lists five ways to register a complaint
You can call 118, call 0800-63726, ring the Multan Regional Customer Centre, use the 0319-9757789 support mobile or email, or file online on the shared CCMS complaint system. Keep the complaint number you receive, because every later step asks for it.

| Route | Number or address | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Helpline | 118 | No supply, sparking, fallen wire |
| Second line in the FAQ | 0800-63726 | When 118 or your local office is busy |
| Regional Customer Centre, Multan | 061-9220313, 061-9220314, 061-9220317 | Complaints the local office did not settle |
| Support mobile and email | 0319-9757789, rcc@mepco.com.pk | Written follow up |
| Online | ccms.pitc.com.pk, linked from mepco.com.pk | Filing and tracking without a call |
MEPCO's telephone directory lists the same Customer Service Centre in Multan, with a deputy manager for complaints on 061-9220313 and 061-9220314 and an assistant manager on 061-6780361 to 64. It also shows 118 and 0800-63726 against that office.
The FAQ answers the question everyone asks: why is the complaint office always engaged? MEPCO says the line is not left off the hook. When supply fails in an area, many people call at once. That is when the head office numbers above help.
All 9 MEPCO circle offices and their numbers
MEPCO covers South Punjab through 9 operation circles, each run by a superintending engineer. Each circle office has a landline and an official mobile ending in 4444, listed in MEPCO's own directory of superintending engineers.
| Circle | Office landline | Official mobile |
|---|---|---|
| Multan | 061-9220258 | 0310-2724444 |
| Dera Ghazi Khan | 064-9260229 | 0310-1384444 |
| Vehari | 067-9201109 | 0310-1154444 |
| Bahawalpur | 062-9250109 | 0310-1294444 |
| Rahim Yar Khan | 068-9230158 | 0310-1414444 |
| Muzaffargarh | 066-9200064 | 0310-1104444 |
| Sahiwal | 040-9200303 | 0310-1214444 |
| Bahawalnagar | 063-9240040 | 0310-0934444 |
| Khanewal | 065-2502411 | 0310-1304444 |

A circle office is the right call when a sub division has ignored the same fault for days. For a single house without power, start with 118 or your sub division. Each circle also publishes a full list of division and sub division numbers as a PDF on MEPCO's contact page.
Customer service desks and computer centres fix billing problems
A wrong reading or a paid bill shown as unpaid is a billing complaint, not a fault. MEPCO's FAQ sends these to its customer service centres, and its directory lists a customer service desk in several circles plus computer centres that handle bill records.
- Multan one window customer service: 061-9220242
- Multan City Complaint Centre: 061-9330188
- Bahawalpur customer service SDO: 062-9250072
- Dera Ghazi Khan customer service: 064-9239229
- Computer centres: Bahawalpur 062-2504211, Rahim Yar Khan 068-5872489, Sahiwal 040-4502016, Dera Ghazi Khan 064-9260238, Vehari 067-9201110
The FAQ is specific about arrears. If old dues appear on a bill you already paid, show the bank receipt at your sub division or customer service centre and it is corrected. A disconnection notice for dues you already cleared is reversed the same way, by showing the receipt to the customer service officer of your division.
For more time on a current bill, the MEPCO due date extension runs through the MEPCO Smart app.
Registering a MEPCO complaint takes six steps
Have your 14 digit reference number from the bill ready, call 118 or file on CCMS, write down the complaint number, and escalate to the circle or the Multan office only after the time NEPRA allows has passed.
- Find the reference number at the top of your MEPCO bill. Our MEPCO bill check shows where it sits.
- Call 118, or 0800-63726 if 118 is busy.
- Describe the problem in one line: no supply, low voltage, wrong bill or a dangerous wire.
- Write down the complaint number and the time you called.
- If nothing happens, call your sub division, then the circle office from the table above.
- Send the same complaint number by email to rcc@mepco.com.pk so there is a written record.

Low voltage goes to the SDO, XEN or superintending engineer of your area, the FAQ says. A pole or wire blocking your door or street is a written request to the executive engineer (operation), who prepares a cost estimate, and that cost is paid by you if the pole was there before the building.
Take it to NEPRA when MEPCO does not act
If MEPCO does not resolve a complaint, NEPRA, the power regulator, takes complaints against every distribution company. File on its Asaan Approach app or web portal with your MEPCO complaint number, and use the Provincial Office of Inspection for a disputed bill.
The NEPRA route is explained in urgent electricity complaints on the NEPRA app. For a wrong bill that the company will not correct, the Provincial Office of Inspection appeal comes first. Planned power cuts are a different matter and are listed in the MEPCO shutdown schedule.
Never give your CNIC, bank card or an OTP to anyone who calls claiming to be from MEPCO and offers to cancel a bill. MEPCO's published numbers above are the ones to trust.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read MEPCO's contact page, its FAQ page and the PDF directories it links to (all superintending engineers, the Multan, Bahawalpur and Dera Ghazi Khan circles, the IT centres, and the MEPCO telephone directory dated September 2026) on 27 October 2026. We did not ring any number, so we cannot say how each line is answered or in what hours. Names of officers change often, so we list offices and numbers, not names. We could not open the CCMS complaint portal from our location.
