National Savings Jobs 2026: 9 Junior Officer Posts for Balochistan, No Written Test, Last Date 14 November

National Savings (CDNS) has advertised 9 regular posts of Junior National Savings Officer (BPS-11) for Balochistan quota, and you apply on njp.gov.pk by 14 November 2026. The advert says recruitment for BPS-1 to 16 will be by walk-in interview, with no entry or written test. Four more federal bodies added Balochistan posts on 31 October, bringing that day's total to 29 seats.

We read the Central Directorate of National Savings advert on savings.gov.pk and every listing posted on the National Jobs Portal on 31 October 2026, on 1 November 2026. The other four employers are the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Sheikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute Lahore, the Marine Fisheries Department and the National Institute of Engineering and Fertilizer Research, Faisalabad.

National Savings has 9 officer posts for Balochistan quota

The Central Directorate of National Savings wants 9 Junior National Savings Officers in BPS-11, all regular and all for Balochistan domicile. The advert's age band is 18 to 35. The portal listing went up on 31 October 2026 and closes on 14 November.

The qualification is a second class bachelor's degree with economics, statistics or commerce as one subject, or a BBA, CA Inter, CMA Inter or B.Com. You must also be computer literate. The portal lists the job location as "anywhere in Pakistan", so a posting outside Balochistan is possible.

National Savings is the government's savings arm, the body behind the certificates and accounts whose profit rates changed on 21 October. A junior officer works in its centres, dealing with investors and their records.

The CDNS advert says no written test for BPS-1 to 16

The National Savings advert has a general information block that matters to every candidate. It says recruitment for BPS-1 to 16 will be done by walk-in interview, with no entry test and no written test. Interviews are to happen at district level in Balochistan.

The same block says recruitment will be done "at doorstep", through employment cells newly set up in the districts of Balochistan. It also gives an upper age relaxation of 5 years instead of the existing 3, on top of the 5 years general relaxation.

The portal listing says the 5 years general relaxation is already inside its 35 year limit. Neither document spells out whether the extra Balochistan years lift that to 40. If you are 36 to 40, call the National Savings helpline on 051-9215746 before you apply.

Other terms in the advert are standard. Original documents are checked at interview, incomplete applications are rejected, serving government employees apply through proper channel, and no travel allowance is paid for the test or interview.

Four more departments added 20 Balochistan posts on 31 October

Besides National Savings, four federal employers posted Balochistan quota jobs on the portal on 31 October 2026. Together they add 20 seats, from naib qasid to lecturer. All need a Balochistan domicile and close on 14 or 15 November.

The Sheikh Zayed jobs are at the Lahore institute, not the hospital in Rahim Yar Khan. Those are a separate batch: the Sheikh Zayed Hospital Rahim Yar Khan jobs go through NTS.

Economic Affairs lists Quetta as its test city

The five Ministry of Economic Affairs listings name Quetta as the test city. That sits oddly beside the walk-in, no test line in the National Savings advert. Treat each department's own listing as the rule for that department.

The Economic Affairs ages are also lower on the portal: 25 for stenotypist, UDC and LDC, and 23 for naib qasid. The portal says federal age relaxation rules apply, so those numbers may be base limits before relaxation. Sheikh Zayed Lahore's posts allow up to 40, and Marine Fisheries up to 35.

Read the qualification line twice. The stenotypist posts want 80 words a minute in shorthand. The Marine Fisheries assistant inspector wants FSc pre-medical, not any intermediate.

Every post here is applied for online at njp.gov.pk, with a free account made from your CNIC. Build your CV, open the post and press Apply. National Savings, Sheikh Zayed Lahore and NIEFR close on 14 November; Economic Affairs and Marine Fisheries on 15 November.

2. Fill your CV with your Balochistan domicile, exact marks and any experience.
3. Search for Central Directorate of National Savings, or the other employer.
4. Open the post, check age and qualification, and press Apply.
