Use the OPF Airport Facilitation Desk in Pakistan: Numbers for 10 Airports
OPF lists a help desk at 10 Pakistani airports for overseas Pakistanis, open round the clock. See the Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi numbers and what to carry.

Short answer: The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) runs One Window Facilitation Desks at Pakistan's international airports, staffed round the clock for overseas Pakistani passengers. OPF lists a phone number for each of ten airports. Islamabad is 0332-8599590, Lahore 042-99240419 and Karachi 021-34587651.
Picture a family landing in Lahore after a long flight, with a lost bag, an expired card and a child who is unwell. They do not know which counter to join. OPF's desk is meant to be the first place they ask.
We read the OPF Airport Facilitation page and the OPF contact page on 12 October 2026. This guide gives the numbers OPF publishes, the agencies it says sit at the desks, and what to bring. We did not call any desk, so we cannot say how fast each one answers.
OPF desks sit in the terminals of ten airports
OPF says its One Window Facilitation Desks are set up at all international airports in Pakistan, in each arrival and departure terminal, to help overseas Pakistani passengers at any hour. Its page lists ten airports, each with a phone number and the year the desk opened.
| Airport | Number OPF lists | Desk opened |
|---|---|---|
| Islamabad International | 0332-8599590 | 19 May 2015 |
| Allama Iqbal International, Lahore | 042-99240419 | 9 July 2015 |
| Jinnah International, Karachi | 021-34587651 or 021-99071509 | 6 August 2015 |
| Bacha Khan International, Peshawar | 0333-9373073 | 31 August 2015 |
| Quetta International | 081-9241099 | 15 October 2015 |
| Multan International | 061-9202591 | 23 December 2015 |
| Sialkot International | 0321-5370161 | 9 February 2016 |
| Faisalabad International | 0301-2540374 | 15 July 2016 |
| Gwadar | 0334-2423639 | No date given |
| Turbat | 0333-2028090 | No date given |

The OPF contact page lists some different numbers. For Islamabad it shows an office line, 051-9280291, and a toll-free number, 0800-04004. For Lahore and Karachi the airport office lines match the table above. If one number does not answer, try the other.
Ten agencies are named as working through the desks
OPF names ten agencies that take part in the facilitation arrangement. They include NADRA, the FIA, customs, the Airport Security Force, PIA and the Bureau of Emigration. The idea is that one desk can route you to the right agency rather than leaving you to find it.
- Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF).
- Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC).
- National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).
- Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
- Airport Security Force (ASF).
- Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).
- Federal Board of Revenue and Customs.
- Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
- Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (BE&OE).
- Anti Narcotics Force (ANF).
The OPF page has a section headed "Functions of OWDs", but it was empty when we read it. So we cannot list what each desk is allowed to do beyond the general description of assistance.
What to ask the desk for, and what it cannot do
OPF describes the desks as assistance for overseas Pakistani passengers, with the agencies above present. So ask for guidance: where to go, which agency handles your issue, and how to reach the OPF complaint cell. The desk is a help point. It is not a court, and it does not overrule an FIA or customs decision.
Questions about identity cards, phones and departing workers fall to NADRA, customs and the FIA, which are among those agencies. The rules on avoiding offloading at a Pakistani airport list the papers the FIA asks for. If you carry an expired card, read what an expired NICOP does at boarding before you travel.
If you carry a foreign phone, the rules on registering a foreign phone for 120 days apply on arrival.
How to reach the desk and what to carry
Call the number for your airport before you travel if you expect trouble, and carry your passport, your NICOP or CNIC, and your OPF membership card if you have one. Keep your boarding pass and any papers about the problem. Write down the name of the officer you speak to.
- Find your airport in the table above and save the number.
- Carry your passport and NICOP, plus your OPF membership card if you hold one.
- On arrival, ask for the OPF desk at the terminal, or call the number.
- Explain the problem in two sentences and name the agency involved.
- Write down the officer's name, the time and what you were told.
- If the matter is not solved, file a complaint with the OPF complaint cell.

Our guide to the OPF membership card explains how to get one, and joining OPF through the PakTok app covers registration from abroad.
OPF lists its desks, but not an hours table
OPF says the desks serve passengers "round the clock". It publishes no hours table, no desk-by-desk list of services and no fee. We found no mention of a charge on the page.
Treat the phone numbers as listed, not as tested. They are the ones OPF prints on its own website on 12 October 2026. A desk can move or change its number, so confirm with the OPF head office line if a number is dead.

Common questions
Is there an OPF desk at every Pakistani airport?
OPF says desks are at all international airports and lists ten, including Gwadar and Turbat. It does not list domestic airports.
Is the desk open at night?
OPF says the desks are for overseas Pakistani passengers "round the clock". It does not publish a shift table, so call ahead if you land at an odd hour.
Do I need an OPF membership card to use the desk?
The page does not set that as a condition. It speaks of overseas Pakistani passengers in general. A card helps prove who you are, and it is needed for OPF welfare services.
What is OPF's head office number?
OPF's contact page lists 111-040-040 and +92-51-9203267 or 9048320. It also lists a toll-free number, 0800-04004, in the Islamabad airport block.
Can the desk stop an FIA offloading decision?
No. It can guide you and raise the matter. Offloading decisions belong to the FIA, and the desk is a help point, not an appeal body.
Where do I complain if the desk does not help?
Use the OPF Complaint Cell by email at complaints@opf.org.pk, or its online system. Our guide on getting Foreign Office help when you are stuck abroad covers the other side of the journey.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read the OPF Airport Facilitation page and the OPF contact page at opf.org.pk on 12 October 2026. We did not phone any number. The page's list of desk functions was empty, so we have not described them. Numbers and agency names are as OPF printed them that day.
