Every PESCO SDO, XEN and circle SE has an official mobile number in the 0370-1340 series, listed in PESCO's online directory, and the full list for all 157 sub divisions is below. For a fault, still call 118 or send an SMS to 8118 first; the SDO number is for when the complaint is not fixed.
A transformer has been down since morning, 118 has given you a ticket number, and nobody has come. That is when the sub division office matters, because the SDO runs the line staff for your area. We read PESCO's directory on 28 October 2026 and arranged it by circle and division so you can find yours quickly.
Start with 118, then go up the chain
PESCO's complaint cell page says to call 118 or SMS 8118 first. If the issue is not resolved, give the ticket number to the customer service centre. If that centre does not respond, PESCO lists a central complaint cell number, 0370-1341078, for calls or WhatsApp.

PESCO's head office directory also lists a deputy manager for the complaint cell on 0370-1340188 and an additional manager for complaint calls on 0370-1340071. Keep your ticket number ready for any of them.
The numbers follow a pattern you can use
PESCO's operation numbers are built in a pattern. Each division XEN has a number ending in 0, such as 0370-1340110, and the SDOs under that XEN take the next digits, 0370-1340111, 112 and so on. In the tables, we print only the last three digits for each SDO.
So "Chamkani 112" means 0370-1340112. The pattern also helps if a number is busy: the XEN for any SDO is the same number with the last digit changed to 0. Each circle's Superintending Engineer, the SE, sits above the XENs.

Hazara is no longer part of PESCO. Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra and nearby districts now have their own company, and their numbers are in the HAZECO SDO office numbers.
Customer service centres in Peshawar have their own numbers
For bills, meter changes and new connections in Peshawar circle, the directory lists six customer service centres. They are the counters that handle paperwork rather than line faults.

Bill copies do not need a call at all. The duplicate bill and the reference number steps are in PESCO bill check online, and feeder hours are in the PESCO load shedding schedule.
What to say when you call an SDO
An SDO office handles many calls a day, so a short, complete message gets action faster. Give the reference number from your bill, your 118 ticket number and the exact problem. If the issue is dangerous, such as a fallen wire, say so first.
- Call 118 or SMS 8118 and note the ticket number.
- Wait a reasonable time for the line staff to reach you.
- Call or WhatsApp the central complaint cell on 0370-1341078 with the ticket.
- If still not fixed, call your SDO with the reference number and ticket.
- If the SDO does not act, call the division XEN, then the circle SE.
Calls to official numbers should stay polite and factual. Does PESCO still cover Abbottabad and Mansehra?
No. Hazara is served by HAZECO, a separate company, with its own SDO numbers.

The directory lists 1,544 posts in 16 offices; we took the operation SE, XEN and SDO posts from the seven operation circles, the six Peshawar customer service centres and the head office complaint posts. Grouping SDOs under XENs by number is our reading of PESCO's numbering, and every SDO number matched a division. We did not call the numbers, so we cannot confirm which are answered at any given time.
