PTCL Flash Fiber Packages and Prices in 2026

PTCL Flash Fiber packages start at Rs 3,499 a month for 30 Mbps and go up to Rs 25,999 for 300 Mbps, tax included. Installation is Rs 5,000 on monthly packages. On 29 September 2026 PTCL was also still selling an Azaadi offer: 100 Mbps for Rs 4,999 a month for the first six months, for new customers only.

We read every PTCL Flash Fiber package and price on PTCL's own Flash Fiber site, ptclflashfiber.com, on 29 September 2026. The prices there are printed on the package cards as images, so we read each card one by one. Every monthly package includes internet, free all-network call minutes, and the Shoq TV and Shoq app service.

PTCL Flash Fiber monthly packages and prices

PTCL lists five regular Flash Fiber packages: 30, 40, 50, 100 and 300 Mbps, from Rs 3,499 to Rs 25,999 a month. The prices include tax. Each package runs at double speed for the first month.

The double speed lasts one month only. A 30 Mbps customer gets 60 Mbps in month one, then drops back to 30. Do not judge the line by that first month.

The gap between 50 and 100 Mbps is Rs 3,450 a month. For a home of four with phones, a TV and one laptop, 50 Mbps is usually enough. And 300 Mbps at Rs 25,999 is a business price, not a family one.

The Azaadi offer and the 3 month advance packages

Two special deals were on the Flash Fiber site on 29 September 2026. The Azaadi offer gives 100 Mbps for Rs 4,999 a month for six months. The advance packages charge three months upfront for boosted speed.

• Azaadi offer: 100 Mbps for Rs 4,999 a month for six months, instead of Rs 9,449. It is only for new sales. After six months the speed drops to 75 Mbps at the same price. The first Shoq TV box, which PTCL values at Rs 15,000, is free but stays PTCL's property for 30 months. It includes 500 all-network minutes and Waada insurance.
• 30 Mbps 3 months advance: Rs 7,999 for three months, with speed boosted to 60 Mbps. After that you move to 30 Mbps at Rs 3,499 a month.
• 40 Mbps 3 months advance: Rs 10,499 net for three months, with speed boosted to 80 Mbps. After that you move to 40 Mbps at Rs 4,999 a month.

The Azaadi offer is named after Independence Day and looks seasonal, so it may disappear soon. If you are a new customer and it is still listed, it is the best value on the page by a wide margin. Ask PTCL to confirm the price in writing before the fibre goes in.

Installation charges and the digital discount

PTCL's terms say installation costs Rs 5,000 on monthly internet packages. The Shoq TV device is charged separately. Signing up online gets 15% off for six months on the 30, 40, 50, 100 and 300 Mbps packages.

So a new 50 Mbps customer signing up online pays Rs 5,000 for installation. The monthly price then falls by 15% for six months, which on Rs 5,999 is about Rs 900 a month by our own sum. The discount does not stack with the Azaadi offer, because that is a promo package.

Billing in advance matters too. Your first bill covers the month ahead, not the month behind. When you want to check that first bill, checking a PTCL bill online works the same way for Flash Fiber.

How much data a Flash Fiber package allows

PTCL's fair usage policy allows 2,000 GB a month on packages below 100 Mbps and 3,000 GB on 100 Mbps up to 500 Mbps. After that, each extra 250 GB costs Rs 500. Uploads count as well as downloads.

• Below 100 Mbps (30, 40, 50 Mbps): 2,000 GB a month.
• 100 Mbps up to 500 Mbps (100, 300 Mbps): 3,000 GB a month.
• 500 Mbps and above: 5,000 GB a month.
• Extra data: 250 GB for Rs 500 per bucket, charged on each bucket.

The policy has applied since 1 February 2025. Most homes never get near 2,000 GB. Heavy game downloads and all-day 4K streaming can, so keep an eye on usage in the PTCL app if you do both.

Check PTCL Flash Fiber availability in your area

Open ptclflashfiber.com, choose Coverage, and pick your city and then your area. The city list has more than 100 names. If your area is missing, the site shows "Not in Coverage".

1. Go to the Coverage section on ptclflashfiber.com.
2. Select your city from the drop-down list.
3. Select your area. If it appears, click Order Now.
4. Choose "new customer" or "existing customer" and fill in the form.
5. Wait for PTCL to call and book the installation, then pay the Rs 5,000 charge.

PTCL's two sites do not agree on coverage. The Flash Fiber site lists more than 100 cities and towns. The coverage map on ptcl.com.pk, filtered to Fiber to Home, shows only 10: Faisalabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Okara, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal and Taxila. If you live outside those 10, call 1218 and ask whether your street has fibre, not just your city.

It helps to compare Flash Fiber with the standard internet bundles in PTCL's online shop on ptcl.com.pk. On 29 September 2026 the shop listed 30 Mbps at Rs 3,999, 50 Mbps at Rs 6,299 and 100 Mbps at Rs 10,999, tax included. The Flash Fiber prices for the same speeds are lower. So if fibre reaches your home, ask for Flash Fiber by name.

Tax is already in the Flash Fiber prices, which is not the case with every provider. If you want to know what share of a bill is tax, the tax on internet bills in Pakistan is set by law rather than by PTCL.

If a fault is not fixed, keep the complaint number PTCL gives you. PTA only takes up a complaint after the operator has had its chance.
