The StormFiber helpline number is 111-1-78676, dialled with your city's area code in front: 021-111-1-78676 in Karachi, 042 in Lahore, 051 in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and so on for 27 city options. The line runs 24 hours a day. For support by email, write to helpdesk@stormfiber.com; for billing, write to billing@stormfiber.com.

That single number trips people up. Dial 111-1-78676 from a mobile without the area code and the call may not go through to your own city's team. We read StormFiber's support, contact and terms pages on 1 November 2026 and listed every city code and office address the company publishes, so you can call the right line the first time.

StormFiber uses one UAN with a different area code for each city

StormFiber has one universal access number, 111-1-78676, and you add your city's area code before it. Karachi is 021, Lahore 042, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Wah 051, Faisalabad 041 and Peshawar 091. The contact page calls it a 24x7 helpline for all customers.

The table below is the full list from the city selector on StormFiber's Get in Touch page. "Other City" on that page also points to the Karachi number.

Email, portal and social media reach different StormFiber teams

StormFiber lists three email addresses. helpdesk@stormfiber.com is for support, info@stormfiber.com is the general contact, and billing@stormfiber.com handles bills, suspensions and cancellations. The self-care portal at my.stormfiber.com shows invoices, payments and tax certificates.

Which one should you use? For a fault, call first, because a phone complaint gets a ticket straight away. Use email when you need a written record, such as a billing dispute or a request to pause the service. The terms say a bill dispute must reach StormFiber in writing within 5 days of the billing statement date, or the bill is treated as final.

  • helpdesk@stormfiber.com: technical support, listed on the support page.
  • info@stormfiber.com: general contact, listed on the Get in Touch page.
  • billing@stormfiber.com: temporary suspension, termination requests and billing, from the terms.
  • my.stormfiber.com: sign in with your username or registered mobile number to see bills and pay by card.
  • helpcenter.stormfiber.com: StormFiber's own help articles.

StormFiber also points customers to its Facebook, X and Instagram accounts for quick replies. Never share your password or card number in a public comment there.

StormFiber offices are listed for every city it serves

StormFiber publishes a walk-in office address for each city in its selector. Karachi has two, both in PECHS Block 6. Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Wah all show the same address in I-9/2. Call before you go, because the page does not list opening hours.

How to register a StormFiber complaint by phone

Call your city's line, give the registered mobile number or username on the account, describe the fault and ask for a complaint number. Write that number down. You need it for every follow-up call and for any complaint to PTA later.

  1. Look at the ONT (the small fibre box) and note which lights are on or red.
  2. Dial your area code plus 111-1-78676 from the table above.
  3. Give your registered mobile number or StormFiber username.
  4. Explain the fault in one or two lines, with the time it started.
  5. Ask for the complaint or ticket number and note it with the date.

If the light on the ONT is red, the fault is usually on the fibre line, and the fixes are in StormFiber internet not working. For a slow line rather than a dead one, test the speed first, because the 80 per cent of advertised speed rule gives you a figure to quote.

StormFiber's terms add one rule worth knowing: help with setting up a Wi-Fi access point is given only on a call to the helpline, not by email.

Steps to register a StormFiber complaint on the helpline

When StormFiber does not fix it, PTA is the next step

If the helpline does not solve a fault or a billing problem, you can complain to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority. Keep your StormFiber complaint number, the dates you called and any emails. PTA asks you to approach the company first.

The full process is in the PTA telecom complaint guide. If every provider in your area seems to be down at once, the checks in home internet down today help you tell a wider outage from a fault on your own line.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked 1 November 2026. We read StormFiber's support page, its Get in Touch page, the Get StormFiber page and its terms and conditions at stormfiber.com on 1 November 2026. The city codes, emails and office addresses come from those pages. We did not call the helpline, so we could not confirm waiting times, opening hours of the offices or whether every city line is staffed locally. StormFiber can change numbers and offices, so check the contact page if a number does not connect.
