Pakistan U17 and Sri Lanka U17 play a five-match one-day series at Multan Cricket Stadium from Thursday 15 October to Saturday 24 October 2026. All five matches are live-streamed on Tamasha and Tapmad in Pakistan, and on the PCB's YouTube channel for viewers outside the country. Azan Ahmed captains Pakistan.

The one-day games follow a three-day match that ended in a draw on 11 October. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) named a 16-player squad and four reserves on 14 October 2026. We read that release on pcb.com.pk on 15 October. It does not give start times, so check the stream page on the morning of each match.

Pakistan U17 play Sri Lanka U17 in five one-day matches from 15 October

The five one-day matches are on 15, 17, 19, 21 and 24 October 2026, all at Multan Cricket Stadium. There is one rest day between most matches. The series ends on Saturday 24 October, and the PCB lists no final or play-off.

Both teams practised at the ground on Wednesday 14 October. The earlier three-day match on 9 to 11 October was a draw, so the one-day series starts level. The dates and the tour plan are also in the Sri Lanka U17 tour of Pakistan in Multan.

Tamasha and Tapmad stream every match in Pakistan

The PCB says all five one-day matches will be live-streamed on Tamasha and Tapmad in Pakistan. Viewers outside Pakistan can watch on the PCB's YouTube channel. The PCB made the same arrangement for the three-day match. No television channel is named in the release.

That matters for anyone who wants to watch on a TV set. The release names two apps and one website, and no broadcaster. Do not pay for any third-party link that claims to show the match. The PCB did not name any other seller. The apps work on a phone with a data connection or Wi-Fi. A full one-day game can run for most of a day, so a Wi-Fi connection saves data.

  1. Install Tamasha or Tapmad from the app store on your phone.
  2. Open the app on the morning of the match and look for the PCB or cricket section.
  3. Find the Pakistan U17 v Sri Lanka U17 listing and check the start time shown there.
  4. Open the live scorecard on the PCB website for the ball-by-ball score if the stream is slow.
  5. If you are abroad, open the PCB's YouTube channel instead.

The same two apps were named for the senior team's home matches. The notes on how those apps work are in the guide to how to watch Pakistan v Sri Lanka T20Is on PTV Sports and the PCB Live app, though the U17 series uses different platforms.

Azan Ahmed leads a 16-player Pakistan squad

Azan Ahmed captains the Pakistan U17 side. The PCB named 16 players for the one-day series and four reserves. Arsalan Hassan is the wicketkeeper.

The PCB's release does not name Sri Lanka's squad. Sri Lanka's players were reported to arrive in Multan on 5 October, and we have not read a Sri Lankan squad list for the one-day games, so we do not list one.

Mohammad Yousaf's 161 is the score to watch

Mohammad Yousaf scored 161 off 190 balls in the three-day match, with 16 fours and four sixes. The match ended in a draw on 11 October, so the 161 did not decide a result.

A one-day innings is shorter than a three-day innings, so a score near 100 would be a strong result in this series. Yousaf is in the 16-man squad, so he is the player to watch in the one-day games. A match-by-match record of his innings is in the report on Mohammad Yousaf's 161 in the Multan draw.

Young players in this age group are picked from the age-group trials that the PCB runs each season. The dates and venues of the current round are in the guide to the PCB U15, U17 and U19 trials for 2026-27.
