Winter Sale in Pakistan, November 2026: Engine, Diners, Charcoal, Edenrobe, Breakout and Outfitters Checked Item by Item

Engine is the only one of six big Pakistani clothing brands with its new winter stock on sale: on 6 November 2026, 1,659 of its 1,660 in-stock items carried a discount of 30%, 50% or 70%. Diners had 73% of its range discounted, Charcoal 66% and Edenrobe 56%, but at Breakout and Outfitters almost every sale item was last season's stock. We counted every product on each brand's own website on 6 November 2026.

A "Sale" banner tells you little. What matters is whether the jacket you want is in the sale, or only last year's T-shirts. So we read the full product lists of Engine, Diners, Charcoal, Edenrobe, Breakout and Outfitters, and counted what was discounted and how new it was.

How much of each brand is on sale

Engine had almost its whole range on sale. Diners, Charcoal and Edenrobe had more than half of their in-stock items discounted. Breakout had 15% and Outfitters 31%, and nearly all of those were older pieces.

We read the first 2,000 products listed in each brand's online store, so the totals are a large sample, not the complete catalogue. "New" means the product was added to the site on or after 1 August 2026.

Engine: the whole range is 30% to 50% off

Engine's site showed a lower price on every in-stock item but one. Most items were 30% off (895) or 50% off (738), and 26 were 70% off. The discount covered pieces added as recently as 29 October 2026, so this is the one brand where new winter stock is cheaper.

• Men's hoodies: Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,949, down from Rs 5,999 to Rs 8,499.
• Women's sweatshirts: from Rs 1,650, down from Rs 5,499.
• Boys' jackets: Rs 5,249 to Rs 5,949, down from Rs 7,499 to Rs 8,499.
• Cheapest items: boys' T-shirts at Rs 420 (70% off) and girls' socks at Rs 489 (30% off).

Engine does not state an end date on its pages. When a brand discounts everything, check the "was" price against an older listing if you can, because a permanent markdown is not the same as a sale.

Diners, Charcoal and Edenrobe: big sales, mixed stock

Diners discounted 322 of its 562 newer items, often by small amounts such as 11% on formal shirts. Charcoal's 50% sale was mostly older stock: only 64 of its 227 new items were reduced. Edenrobe discounted 106 new items, mostly kids' wear and lawn.

Breakout and Outfitters: sale is last season only

At Breakout, only 7 of 1,634 new items were on sale. Its 50% sale is last winter's hoodies, sweatshirts, socks and kids' wear. Outfitters had 29 of 1,023 new items reduced, so its sale is mostly older tees, socks, wallets and fragrances at about 50% off.

• Breakout: last season men's hoodies Rs 2,449 to Rs 3,249, girls' puffer jacket Rs 3,299 (was Rs 6,799). New hoodies are Rs 7,499 at full price.
• Outfitters: striped T-shirts from Rs 1,090 (was Rs 2,290), three pairs of ankle socks Rs 390, faux leather cardholder Rs 990. New faux leather jackets stay at Rs 12,990 and up.

Last season's stock is a fair buy if the design suits you. Just expect missing sizes and plainer colours.

Five checks before you pay a sale price

Check the "was" price, the date the item was added, the size you need, the exchange rule for sale items, and whether a bigger sale date is close. Those five checks stop most bad sale buys.

1. Look at the "was" price. A 50% cut on a high starting price can still cost more than a full price item elsewhere.
2. Check if it is new stock. Search the item name. If the same design was listed last winter, it is old stock.
3. Check your size is there. Sale pages often show items with only XS or XXL left.
4. Read the exchange rule. Many brands do not exchange sale items. Our exchange policy list has each brand's rule.
5. Think about White Friday. If you want new season stock from Breakout or Outfitters, waiting for a bigger sale may save more.
