Dial *45# on a Zong prepaid SIM to buy the Daily Voice Offer. Zong lists it as 20 minutes for calls from Zong to Zong, valid for one day. The price needs care: Zong's page shows Rs 69 at the top and Rs 46 in the offer table, and it does not say why they differ.

We read the offer on Zong's own Daily Voice Offer page on 14 October 2026. Below you will find what the page states, the one price conflict we found, and how to protect yourself before you pay.

Zong Daily Voice Offer gives 20 Zong minutes for one day

The offer gives 20 minutes of Zong to Zong calls with one day of validity. It is for prepaid GSM customers across the country. Calls to other networks are not part of it, according to the offer table on Zong's page.

Zong answers four questions on the page. The offer is not auto-recursive. It can only be subscribed once in a day. Nationwide prepaid GSM customers can subscribe. And call setup charges do not apply.

What the Zong Daily Voice Offer contains: 20 Zong minutes for one day

Zong's page shows two prices, Rs 69 and Rs 46

The header block says "Consumer Price 69.00" next to "20 Zong Mins" and "Daily Validity". The offer table below it says "Price 46.00" for the same 20 minutes. We could not find a note on the page that explains the gap.

Zong prints other bundle prices with "+Tax" on its pages, and it states advance income tax of 15 per cent on recharge and sales tax of 19.5 per cent on usage. Those rates do not turn Rs 46 into Rs 69 cleanly, so we are not going to guess. We cannot say which figure your balance will show.

Do this before you pay: dial *45# and read the screen. Zong's message should state the amount. If the amount is higher than you expected, cancel at that step. After the purchase, keep the confirmation SMS, because it is your proof of what you were told.

Dial *45# to subscribe and wait for the reply

The code is *45#. Dialling it subscribes you for one day. Because the offer is not auto-recursive, it will not charge you tomorrow. You must dial again each day you want it.

  1. Check that your balance covers the larger price, Rs 69, to be safe.
  2. Dial *45# from the Zong SIM.
  3. Read the amount and terms on screen.
  4. Confirm only if the amount is right for you.
  5. Keep the confirmation message.

Zong also lets you subscribe online by entering your mobile number on the offer page, and through the My Zong app. We did not test either route. The page says the app shows usage in real time and offers daily rewards.

Steps to buy the Zong Daily Voice Offer by dialling *45#

Check your minutes before you rely on the bundle

The minutes cover calls to Zong numbers only. If you call a Jazz or Ufone number, standard rates apply, and the Zong page does not give those rates. Before a long call to another network, check your balance.

To see how many minutes are left in a Zong bundle, follow the steps to check remaining Zong MBs, minutes and SMS. If the bundle did not post or your balance fell for no clear reason, ask Zong first. Its helpline is 310 or 111 222 111, as printed on its offer pages.

If Zong does not fix a wrong deduction, you can complain to PTA on 0800-55055. The steps are in the PTA telecom complaint guide.

Daily offer or a longer bundle: how to pick

A daily offer fits a day when you must make a long call to a Zong number. If you call every day, a weekly or monthly bundle spreads the cost. Compare the price of 20 minutes per day against a longer offer, using the figure Zong confirms on your phone.

You can also see which Zong package suits you from the list in the cheapest weekly and monthly packages per GB. Zong may change or withdraw any offer, so read the page again on the day you buy.
