Zong Mini Mouj Offer: 1,000 All Network Minutes for Rs 750 on *4144#, and How It Compares (2026)

Zong's Mini Mouj Offer gives 1,000 all network minutes and 1,000 SMS for a month at a consumer price of Rs 750, on the code *4144#. Retailers sell it for less in two regions: Rs 700 in the South and Rs 650 in the Central region. The bigger Maheena Bhar Mouj, on the same code, now shows Rs 800 for 3,000 minutes and 3,000 SMS, so it gives three times the minutes for Rs 50 more.

Calling bundles have quietly become the cheap end of Zong's menu. Mini Mouj is aimed at someone who calls family on other networks, does not need much data, and wants one recharge to last the month. We read Zong's Mini Mouj, Maheena Bhar Mouj and My5 Call pages on 1 November 2026 and put the three side by side.

Mini Mouj gives 1,000 minutes and 1,000 SMS for a month

Zong lists Mini Mouj as a monthly bundle with 1,000 all net minutes, meaning minutes to Zong and to every other network, plus 1,000 SMS. The consumer price is Rs 750 and the dial code is *4144#. It has no internet data.

The lower South and Central prices apply only when you buy through the retailer channel, according to Zong's page. The page does not say which cities fall in each region, so ask your shopkeeper which price applies before you pay.

Maheena Bhar Mouj now costs Rs 800 for 3,000 minutes

Zong's Maheena Bhar Mouj page now lists 3,000 all net minutes, 3,000 SMS, a free missed call alert and a free dial tune for a consumer price of Rs 800. Retailer prices are Rs 800 in the North, Rs 750 in the South and Rs 700 in the Central region.

That is a change. In mid October, Zong listed Maheena Bhar Mouj at Rs 750, with Rs 700 and Rs 650 retailer prices. Those exact three prices now belong to Mini Mouj, while Maheena Bhar Mouj has moved up by Rs 50 in every region. Zong did not publish a notice of the change that we could find, so check the price on your phone before you dial.

Maheena Bhar Mouj's FAQ adds useful rules. It is nationwide, prepaid only, not for internet devices, and does not renew by itself. Subscribing twice charges you twice. To stop it, dial *6464# or send "Unsub mbm" to 6464. The free dial tune and missed call alert start automatically with the bundle.

Maheena Bhar Mouj gives far more minutes per rupee

At consumer prices, Mini Mouj works out at about Rs 0.75 a minute, Maheena Bhar Mouj at about Rs 0.27 and My5 Call at about Rs 0.36. For only Rs 50 more, Maheena Bhar Mouj gives 2,000 extra minutes and 2,000 extra SMS. Those per minute figures are our arithmetic.

So why would anyone pick Mini Mouj? The honest answer is that most people should not, if Maheena Bhar Mouj is offered to them at Rs 800. Mini Mouj makes sense only where the retailer price gap is real, for example a Central region shop selling Mini Mouj at Rs 650 when Maheena Bhar Mouj costs Rs 700 there, and you never use more than 1,000 minutes. Even then, Rs 50 more buys three times the minutes.

My5 Call is a family sharing bundle: Zong says up to 4 members can be added to the group, so the 5,000 minutes are shared. It suits a household where several people call a lot. The sharing rules are in Zong My3, My4 and My5 bundles.

How to subscribe to Mini Mouj and check your minutes

Dial *4144# from your Zong prepaid SIM and choose Mini Mouj from the menu that appears, or subscribe online on Zong's offer page by entering your number and the PIN Zong sends. Keep at least the bundle price, Rs 750, in your balance before you dial.

1. Recharge at least Rs 750, or the retailer price in your region.
2. Dial *4144# and pick Mini Mouj from the options shown.
3. Read the confirmation SMS for the price and expiry date.
4. Check remaining minutes and SMS by dialling *102#.
5. Recharge and subscribe again after a month, because it may not renew by itself.

Zong lists *102# for bundle usage on its call bundle pages, at 10 paisa plus tax per check. Because Mini Mouj and Maheena Bhar Mouj share *4144#, read the menu carefully before you press a number. The full set of Zong calling bundles, from hourly to monthly, is in Zong call packages.

Your balance validity depends on the recharge amount

Zong publishes how long a recharge keeps your balance valid: Rs 50 to Rs 99 lasts 30 days, Rs 100 to Rs 299 lasts 60 days, Rs 300 to Rs 499 lasts 90 days, Rs 500 to Rs 999 lasts 180 days, and Rs 1,000 to Rs 20,000 lasts 365 days.

That matters for a monthly calling bundle. A Rs 750 recharge for Mini Mouj gives the leftover balance a 180 day validity, by Zong's table. Zong's terms also take 15 per cent advance income tax on every recharge, so a Rs 750 load does not leave a full Rs 750 in the account. Recharge a little extra, or check the balance before dialling the code. The balance and other self-service codes are in Zong codes list.
