Zong Codes List in Pakistan: Balance, Remaining MBs, Number, Advance, Share and Every Dial Code (2026)

The Zong codes most people need are *222# for balance, *102# for remaining MBs and minutes, *8# for your own number, *911# for advance balance and *828# to share balance. Below are more than 30 Zong dial codes and SMS short codes, each read on Zong's own website: account codes, call services, package menus, roaming and the free help routes, plus one place where Zong's pages disagree with each other.
We read each code on Zong's site on 25 October 2026, including its FAQ page, payment page, device FAQ and service pages. Where a code was not on a Zong page, we left it out.
Zong account codes: balance, MBs, number and recharge
Five Zong codes cover most daily tasks. *222# shows your balance, *102# shows bundle usage for 10 paisa plus tax, and *8# shows your own number. Scratch cards load with *101* followed by the card PIN and #.

One conflict is worth knowing. Zong's payment page gives *222# for balance, while its Chinese language self-care page gives *324#. Try *222# first, and use the My Zong app if neither answers. To find your number on any phone, the steps in finding your Zong number go further than the code.
Zong advance and balance share codes
Zong Advance Loan is on *911#, or a blank SMS to 6911. You can take two advances per recharge. Balance sharing, which Zong calls Yaari Load, is on *828#, and asking someone for balance is on *829#, which Zong says is free.

Zong service codes: caller name, missed calls, call block and more
Zong's add-on services mostly start and stop with SMS keywords. Each has a daily or monthly charge until you stop it. These are the codes and prices printed on Zong's own service pages on 25 October 2026.

Two free calling tricks also have codes. Yaari Call lets you call a Zong number with no balance: dial 11 or *110* before the number, and the person you call pays Rs 2 plus tax a minute if they accept. With Doosra Number, dial 46 before a number to call from your second number. To block one caller, send "Block" and the number to 420.
Zong package codes and the *6464# menu
Every Zong package page we read gives its own code and also *6464#, Zong's package menu. To stop a package, Zong's pages say to send "unsub" and the package keyword to 6464. The keyword is printed on each package page.
- Monthly Pro Max Basic: *7340# or *6464#, or SMS "sub mpmb" to 6464. Stop with "unsub mpmb" to 6464.
- Weekly HLO: *7000# or *6464#, or SMS "Weekly250" to 6464. Stop with "UNSUB Weekly250" to 6464.
- Monthly Super Card: *5501# or *6464#, or SMS "Monthly500" to 6464. Stop with "Unsub monthly500" to 6464.
Prices change often, so the package lists stay on their own pages: Zong monthly internet packages and Zong call packages. To stop several services at once, use the Zong unsubscribe codes.
Zong roaming, spam and help codes
For roaming bundles, Zong's roaming page gives *4255# or a call to 310. Spam from a number is reported by SMS to 9000. The helpline is 310 from a Zong number, and (051) 111-222-111 from anywhere else.
- *4255#: Zong roaming bundles, or call 310 before you travel.
- 9000: send the spammer's number and the spam message.
- 310: helpline, with Rs 2 + tax per call put through to an agent.
- 051-111-222-111: Zong UAN from another network or from abroad.
Gulf travellers can compare the Zong roaming bundles for the UAE, Qatar and Oman before they fly. If your SIM is lost, block it before anything else, as set out in blocking a Zong SIM.
How to use a Zong code without surprise charges
Dial from the Zong SIM you mean, read the full reply, and confirm only if the price is what you expected. Several Zong service pages say subscriptions renew until stopped, so a code you try once can keep charging every day.
- Pick the right SIM slot on a dual SIM phone.
- Dial the code and read the menu or reply in full.
- Note the stop code before you start any service.
- Keep the confirmation SMS.
- Check the result with *222# or *102#.
No Zong agent needs you to dial *828# or read out a code reply. Anyone asking for that on a call is not Zong.
