Zong Roaming Bundles for the UAE, Qatar and Oman in Pakistan: Prices From Rs 700
Zong prepaid roaming bundles for the UAE, Qatar and Oman start at Rs 700 plus tax for 1 GB. See prices, the *4255# code and why to subscribe before you fly.

Zong prepaid roaming bundles for the Gulf start at Rs 700 plus tax for 1 GB in Oman and Rs 999 for UAE data, and the UAE bundles are activated by dialling *4255# or 310 before you fly. Zong's helplines 310 and 311 do not work while you roam, so subscribe at home.
A visit to Dubai, Doha or Muscat on a Pakistani SIM can turn into a surprise bill if you use data at the standard roaming rate. Zong's own page says prepaid data roaming in some countries is Rs 20 per MB plus tax. At that rate, 1 GB would cost over Rs 20,000. We read Zong's IR bundles page and its International Roaming page on 21 October 2026. Prices are plus tax.
UAE bundles cost Rs 999 to Rs 2,999, but Zong's two pages disagree on data sizes
The International Roaming page lists a UAE Travel Offer at Rs 1,000 for 120 minutes and 150 SMS over 7 days, and a Business Offer at Rs 2,000 for 250 minutes and 250 SMS over 7 days. Its data offers are Rs 999 for 2 GB over 7 days and Rs 1,999 for 4 GB over 15 days. Dial *4255# or 310.
| UAE offer (International Roaming page) | Price (+ tax) | What you get | Validity |
|---|---|---|---|
| UAE IR Travel Offer | Rs 1,000 | 120 minutes, 150 SMS | 7 days |
| UAE IR Business Offer | Rs 2,000 | 250 minutes, 250 SMS | 7 days |
| UAE IR Super Data Offer | Rs 999 | 2 GB data | 7 days |
| UAE IR Mega Data Offer | Rs 1,999 | 4 GB data | 15 days |
The IR bundles shop page differs. It lists the Super Data offer as 3 GB for Rs 999 over 7 days, the Mega offer as 6 GB plus 6 GB with a price of Rs 2,750, and bigger voice offers: Rs 1,999 for 120 minutes, 150 SMS and 3 GB plus 3 GB, and Rs 2,999 for 250 minutes, 300 SMS and 3 GB plus 3 GB. That is a conflict between Zong's own pages. We cannot tell which one is current, so read the reply when you dial *4255# and accept only what it states.

Oman and Qatar bundles are priced for 1, 3 and 5 GB, and bigger is cheaper per GB
On the shop page, Oman data is Rs 700 for 1 GB, Rs 1,800 for 3 GB and Rs 2,500 for 5 GB. Qatar data is Rs 727.67 for 1 GB over 7 days, Rs 1,237.04 for 3 GB over 15 days and Rs 1,746.41 for 5 GB over 30 days.
| Bundle | 1 GB | 3 GB | 5 GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| Oman data (+ tax) | Rs 700 | Rs 1,800 | Rs 2,500 |
| Qatar data (+ tax) | Rs 727.67 | Rs 1,237.04 | Rs 1,746.41 |
| Oman voice, SMS and data (+ tax) | Rs 1,200 (30 min, 30 SMS) | Rs 2,200 (60 min, 60 SMS) | Rs 2,900 (90 min, 90 SMS) |
| Qatar voice, SMS and data (+ tax) | Rs 1,891.94 (30 min, 30 SMS) | Rs 3,274.51 (60 min, 60 SMS) | Rs 4,366.02 (90 min, 90 SMS) |
Our arithmetic: the 5 GB Oman bundle works out to Rs 500 a GB against Rs 700 for the 1 GB one. In Qatar, the 5 GB bundle is about Rs 349 a GB against Rs 728. The page gives no validity for Oman. Qatar bundles run 7, 15 and 30 days.

Postpaid customers have one Rs 5,000 Asia bundle that covers Qatar, KSA, UAE and more
Zong's Continental Asia postpaid bundle costs Rs 5,000 plus tax for 60 minutes, 60 SMS and 1 GB over 30 days. It lists Qatar, KSA, UAE, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, China and Thailand. Postpaid roaming also needs a security deposit of Rs 15,000 on Zong's Tour de World SIM, which the page describes.
If you only need the Gulf, a prepaid bundle is far cheaper. The Rs 5,000 bundle suits a business traveller who visits several Asian countries and wants one price. Our guide to activating international roaming on Jazz, Ufone and Zong covers the activation rules and deposits in full.
Subscribe before you leave because Zong's helplines do not work abroad
Zong says the helplines 310 and 311 will not be accessible while you roam. From abroad you can reach Zong on 0092-51-111-222-111 from another number, and the roaming hotline is +92-311-111-4747.
- Check that roaming is active on your SIM by dialling 310.
- Choose the bundle for your country and the days you stay.
- Dial *4255# or 310 and subscribe at home.
- Keep the confirmation SMS.
- Switch on data roaming on the phone when you land.
- Check your balance before you use maps or video.

If the phone shows no signal or no data abroad, the roaming-not-working checklist goes through the fixes. For Saudi Arabia trips, the Saudi roaming bundles for Umrah are separate. An imported phone that is not PTA approved can be blocked, which the non-PTA phone roaming guide explains. For calls from Pakistan, see the Zong UAE du calling bundles.
