From Islamabad, Punjab, AJK, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, or Gilgit-Baltistan, apply directly through the new digital German Consular portal Service. Application Responsible German mission is Islamabad, and the portal is fully active for your zone.
Sindh & Balochistan
Citizen in Sindh or Balochistan, the portal is not yet active in the region. Applicants from Karachi and surrounding areas still have to follow the old waiting-list system.

How to Apply for German Work Visa from Portal
- Go to Germany Consular Portal
- Register account with email and password
- Consent to data processing
- Choose visa type (Opportunity Card, EU Blue Card, Skilled Employment, Self-Employment, etc.)
- Complete the points-based eligibility test (Minimum 6 points required unless applying for skilled worker visa)
- Fill application form (VIDEX)
- Upload all required documents for pre-check (Passport, qualifications, work experience, proof of funds, etc)
