How Balochistan Lawyers Can Apply for the BEEF Foreign LLM and Bar-at-Law Scholarship
BEEF's Rs 600 million lawyers fund pays for an LLM or Bar-at-Law abroad. See the IELTS 6.5, 50 order sheets and age 40 rules, plus the December call and steps.

Short answer: The BEEF Lawyers Endowment Fund pays for practising lawyers from Balochistan to study an LLM or Bar-at-Law abroad. You need a Balochistan domicile, age 40 or under, an IELTS score of 6.5 bands, a Balochistan Bar Council licence with 2 years of practice and 50 order sheets from the last 2 years. BEEF announces applications each December.
Lawyers in Balochistan who want an LLM or Bar-at-Law usually face the cost of fees and living abroad. The Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) holds a fund for this. It also reimburses school fees for the children of the 56 lawyers who died in the attack of 8 August 2016.
We read the Lawyers Endowment Funds page on the BEEF website on 12 October 2026. It does not say whether a call is open today. It says calls are announced yearly in December.
What the fund pays for
For a foreign scholarship, BEEF pays the university fee, a stipend for living cost, hostel fee, books and travel, a return air ticket on the most direct route, visa processing and health insurance. The fund holds Rs 600 million, with 80% for LLM places and 20% for Bar-at-Law.
