Update: PSL Not Resuming for Now, Relocation to UAE Also Dropped
The PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) initially tried and planned to relocate the remaining 8 matches of PSL to UAE by contacting ECB (Emirates Cricket Board), but that plan did not go through. For now, the tournament is on hold with no new schedule announced so far.

This imidiate postponing affected all 6 franchises, including Islamabad United, Lahore Qalandars, Karachi Kings, Quetta Gladiators, and others. Foreign players from England, New Zealand, South Africa, West Indies, and Australia were consulted and with rising tensions of indian drones attact, safety became the top priority of the players by PCB. PCB had discussions with both players and team owners before calling it off.

When Will PSL 2025 Resume?
No official date yet. PCB said that updates will come when the situation calms down. Right now, the focus is on national security and ensuring player safety. So if you are checking daily to see when PSL resumes, everything is on pause. Once things settle politically, PCB is expected to either resume the remaining matches or announce a new format or schedule.
