A debit card is the part of a wallet that people forget until it matters. Then the wallet balance is stuck behind an app when you are standing at an ATM. Or the card is gone and you wonder how fast you can stop it.
We read JazzCash's own debit card page on 12 October 2026. We did not place an order. Here are the steps, the delivery time, the blocking codes and what the page does not tell you.
Order the JazzCash debit card from the app in six steps
Open the JazzCash app and tap Debit Card. Select the card type, confirm your order details, complete biometric verification and enter your 4-digit MPIN. JazzCash then shows that the order has been placed.

Biometric verification is normally a fingerprint scan, which JazzCash uses to confirm your identity with NADRA. Keep the address in the order accurate, because the card is posted to it.
Delivery takes 15 working days
JazzCash says that once an order is placed it takes 15 working days to deliver the card to the address you gave. Working days leave out weekends and public holidays, so allow about three weeks. Plan ahead if you need the card for travel or a payment.

Block a lost JazzCash debit card straight away
JazzCash says to block a lost card immediately. A Jazz customer can dial *786*6*4*3#. Customers on any network can block the card in the JazzCash app or call 4444 from a Jazz number, or 111-124-444 with an area code from another network.
- Dial *786*6*4*3# if you are on a Jazz SIM.
- If you are on another network, open the JazzCash app and block the card there.
- If the app will not open, call 4444 from a Jazz number or 111-124-444 from any other.
- Check your wallet history for payments you did not make.
- Order a replacement once the card is blocked.
Do not wait until morning. A lost card with a PIN written on it can empty a wallet within minutes. If any payment looks wrong, follow the steps in how to get your money back after an unauthorised transfer, and report it the same day.

Forgot the card PIN or need cash from an ATM
For a forgotten card PIN, JazzCash says you must call the helpline. After verification you can set a new PIN. You cannot reset it in the app, according to the page. Keep the PIN to yourself and never write it on the card.
The page lists the card for payments and ATM withdrawals. It does not publish ATM fees, daily withdrawal limits or the card's annual charge. Those figures are in JazzCash and Easypaisa charges for 2026, where the wallet fees are listed. JazzCash separately says people who receive remittances or freelance payments get 2 free ATM withdrawals a month with the JazzCash ATM card.
