Short answer: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission (KPPSC) has called candidates who passed the written exam for Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate and Alaqa Qazi (BPS-18) for a psychological assessment. The written psychological test is on Monday 12 October 2026, reporting at 10:00 am. Individual interviews follow on Monday 2 November 2026 from 11:00 am.

The notice is a single page signed by the Psychologist of the Commission, and we read it on the KPPSC website on 12 October 2026. It is posted under the Commission's recent notices, dated 6 October. It covers post serial number 1 of Advertisement No. 3/2026.

Sitting the test today means reporting within hours. If you are a qualified candidate, read the next section first and keep the rest for the interview.

Two dates: the written test on 12 October and the interview on 2 November

The Commission's Psychology Wing sets two separate events. The written psychological test is on 12 October, with reporting at 10:00 am and the test starting at 10:30 am. The individual psychological interview is on 2 November, starting at 11:00 am.

The notice does not name a venue, a city or an individual interview slot. We could not find that detail on the pages we read. Check your roll number slip and the KPPSC website before you travel.

Who is called, and why the call is only provisional

The call is for candidates who successfully qualified the written examination for post serial number 1, Civil Judges-cum-Judicial Magistrates and Alaqa Qazi in BPS-18. The notice says candidates are provisionally called, subject to their eligibility in all respects.

Provisional means the Commission can still remove a name if a document or condition fails later. Reaching this stage is not a final selection. Our report on the written result and re-totalling window shows how few candidates cleared the written papers, so the call-up list is short.

A candidate who failed a paper can still apply for re-totalling. That route sits with the result notice, not with this psychological assessment notice.

Bring your original CNIC and your roll number slip

The notice tells candidates to bring their original CNIC and their roll number slip for verification. It asks for no other document. Photocopies of the CNIC are not mentioned as a substitute, so bring the original card.

The roll number is the one from your written exam. If you lost the slip, KPPSC's DMC and result pages, which we explain in how to check your KPPSC result, DMC and interview letter, are the first place to look.

  1. Find your roll number slip from the written exam.
  2. Take your original CNIC, not a photocopy.
  3. Reach the test centre before 10:00 am on 12 October.
  4. Be seated by 10:30 am, when the test starts.
  5. Note the interview date, 2 November 2026 at 11:00 am.
What to bring and when to report for the KPPSC psychological assessment on 12 October 2026

What a provisional call means for your next steps

Reaching this stage is a good sign, but it is a single stage. The Commission checks eligibility again, and a document that does not match can still end an application. Keep every original paper from your application in one folder: educational certificates, domicile, experience letters and your CNIC.

Candidates also tend to forget the small things. Charge your phone, carry a pen, and leave early, because roads in Peshawar and other cities can be slow on a Monday morning. A late arrival can cost you the whole test, since the reporting time is fixed at 10:00 am.

Where this fits in the recruitment

The steps seen so far are the written papers, the written result of 30 September, and now the psychological assessment. A final stage may follow, but the notice does not say.

The Commission has other written results and interview programmes on its home page, including an interview programme for November 2026. Interview timetables for other advertisements are separate from this one. If you applied through the portal, our guide to applying for KPPSC jobs online explains the account and the fee for future posts.

Take the assessment seriously, and do not rely on messages from unofficial groups. Dates in this article come from the Commission's notice only.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read the Psychological Assessment Schedule for Civil Judges-cum-Judicial Magistrates/Alaqa Qazi (Adv# 03/2026) on the Commission's website, kppsc.gov.pk, on 12 October 2026. The notice is a signed image and carries no venue. We did not see any amendment on that date.
