Pakistan had four bronze medals by 27 September, and two more have come since. Squash counts twice because both of Pakistan's men's singles semi-finalists received bronze. The squash bronze medals came after Noor Zaman and Muhammad Irfan both lost their semi-finals on 26 September.
The women's cricket bronze came from a win over Bangladesh in the bronze medal match. The PUBG Mobile players were Muhammad Huzaifa, Shayan Asad, Falak Sher Memon, Hasnain Rahman and Syed Sameer.
Ghulam Mustafa Bashir won Pakistan's first shooting medal of these Games
Ghulam Mustafa Bashir finished third in the men's 25m rapid fire pistol final on 1 October. South Korea's Lee Gunhyeok won gold and China's Su Lianbofan took silver. The final began at 11:30 am PKT at the Aichi Prefectural General Shooting Gallery.
Eight shooters made the final. Bashir finished ahead of shooters from Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea, India and Kazakhstan. The official result sheet lists the order of finish but did not show the final scores when we read it, so we do not give them.
Pakistan's men's squash team will play for gold on 2 October
Pakistan's men's squash team beat Hong Kong 2-1 in the semi-final on 1 October and will play the final on Friday 2 October at 11:30 am PKT. That guarantees at least a silver, Pakistan's first of these Games. The opponent is India or Malaysia.

The decider was close. Nasir Iqbal lost the first game 10-12, then won the next three 11-3, 11-9 and 14-12.
Pakistan lost the hockey semi-final 4-3 to India and will play for bronze
Pakistan lost 4-3 to India in the men's hockey semi-final on 1 October, according to the official result, which was still marked unofficial when we read it. Pakistan now play the bronze medal match on Saturday 3 October at 12:30 pm PKT.
India led 2-0 after the first quarter and 3-1 at half-time. Pakistan pulled back to 3-2 in the third quarter, and each side scored once in the last quarter. Pakistan's goals came from Waheed Rana, Hannan Shahid and Abu Mahmood, the last from a penalty corner. Harmanpreet Singh scored twice for India from penalty corners.
The hockey semi-final against India came after four wins and one loss in Pool B. Pakistan's bronze medal opponent will be the loser of Malaysia against Korea, the second semi-final at 3 pm PKT on 1 October.
