Pakistan Navy Civilian Jobs 2026: 69 Posts for Balochistan, Every Post, Women's Seats and Last Date 25 November

Pakistan Navy has advertised 69 civilian jobs for Balochistan domicile holders on the National Jobs Portal (njp.gov.pk), and the last date is 25 November 2026. The 32 posts run from naib qasid in BPS-01 (13 seats) to assistant in BPS-15, and 12 seats are for women only, including nurses and lady police constables. All posts are regular, and most allow candidates up to 35.

The Navy posted the listings on 28 October 2026 as part of the federal "Balochistan Employment Initiative". It has the latest closing date of the big employers in that drive, two weeks after Railways and QESCO. We read all 32 Navy listings on 31 October 2026 and set them out below.

Pakistan Navy has 69 civilian posts for Balochistan until 25 November

The Navy's 32 listings add up to 69 regular civilian vacancies, all for Balochistan domicile holders, all closing on 25 November 2026. These are civilian jobs, not commissions or sailor entry. You apply online on the National Jobs Portal, and the portal says it charges no fee.

The Navy is one of 55 federal departments in the Balochistan drive, which lists 4,599 posts in total. The others are counted in the full list of Balochistan jobs on NJP.

Every Pakistan Navy civilian post, seats and qualification

Naib qasid has the most seats, 13. LDC motivator (female) has 6, and storeman and data entry operator have 5 each. Most other posts have one to four seats. Qualifications range from primary pass to a master's degree for the Arabic interpreter.

Some rows group similar posts to keep the table readable; each has its own listing on the portal. The leading man posts come in electrical, electronics, mechanical, construction and mechatronics trades, so pick the one that matches your technology.

Twelve seats are for women only

Four Navy posts are marked female on the portal: LDC motivator (6 seats), nursing sister or female nurse (3), lady police constable (2) and midwife (1). Together they make 12 seats. Most other posts are open to both, though a few trade posts are marked male.

Lady police constable is the most demanding of the four. The listing asks for Matric, a height of 5.2 (read as 5 feet 2 inches) and 6/6 eyesight, with a maximum age of 30. The nursing sister post needs three years of general nursing in a government or private hospital, so it suits working nurses rather than new graduates.

Age limits are mostly 35, with three exceptions

The portal shows a maximum age of 35 for 29 of the 32 Navy posts. Lady police constable and storeman are capped at 30. Assistant in BPS-15 allows up to 38. The listings do not say whether these figures already include the Balochistan relaxation other departments mention.

The Railways adverts in the same drive count age on the closing date, but the Navy listings do not say which date they use. If your birthday falls close to that cut-off, apply early and keep a screenshot of what you submitted. How to apply for Pakistan Navy civilian jobs online

Sign up on njp.gov.pk with your CNIC, email and a password. Fill your CV with domicile, education and experience, then open the Navy listings under Balochistan Jobs and press Apply on each post you qualify for. There is no fee on the portal.

1. Sign up on njp.gov.pk as a candidate and verify your email.
2. Fill your CV, including any certificate or licence the post needs.
3. Open Balochistan Jobs and search for Pakistan Navy.
4. Check gender, qualification and age on each listing.
5. Press Apply by 25 November 2026 and keep a screenshot.

Check your CNIC digits and email before you finish the National Jobs Portal registration, because the portal asks for both again every time you sign in. The Navy's own recruitment site refused our connection, so the portal listing is the official text we could read.
